How? It's $5 to preorder a game at Gamestop. The $5 goes towards your purchase of the game. You get a cool preorder bonus. It seems pretty self-explanatory. What part is confusing you?
@RedDragon - that is, by far and away, some of the dumbest logic I have ever heard. 360 sells more games because kids pester their parents? That is legitimately your rationalization? That hundreds of thousands of kids are just asking their parents to death to buy them new Xbox games? CLEARLY that is what is going on. I mean, it just CAN'T be anything else.
Wow. I've read some dumb stuff in my time. But that... that is about as bad as it gets.
I agree with what evrfighter said. There are literally a million "women only" style events out there, from bridal showers to baby showers to whatever. I mean, maybe no women is a bit harsh, but "no girlfriends/spouses" is probably what they are going for. They just want to sit around and play video games without any yapping from people that don't "get it." That can be dudes too, but I still. I don't heckle at their Tupperware parties.
Co...
I feel bad for people that have to buy one over the other. Fortunately, I have a great job and both systems, so I am going to go ahead and buy neither, but if I wanted to, I could and would totally get both.
Sucks to be anyone in a position to have to choose one or the other, though.
Tried my code and it didn't work. Went to the website listed on the voucher and it said it's not even supposed to start until July 25th.
*Shuts PS3 off and goes back to XBox*
If he's ever healthy.
Agree with WhiteLightning. I spent $2200 on my PC for one reason and one reason only: Star Wars: The Old Republic. I could care less about anything else because there is nothing dumber than using a keyboard to play video games. I'm actually pissed I have to play TOR on a PC, but it's going to be so amazing that I'll deal with it.
I am completely OK with what I am getting out of my XBox 360 and Playstation 3. I have the best of every world, all three platforms that...
Oblivion was the first game I ever bought for my XBox 360. Madden 06 came out a few days after I got it and I forgot I had it. Traded it in and that was that. Rebought it a few years later and for whatever reason, didn't get too into it and sold it again. Just bought the fifth anniversary and this time I am forcing myself to play it through. It's not that I never liked it, it just clashed with other games I was playing when I got it and I ended up forgetting.
Who really gives a crap how he spends his money? What does it matter to any of you? He's out there making it and doing what makes him happy. That is literally all that matters. I am sure he could give two shits what some jackoff on N4G thinks about how he spends his money.
No, it is a lame as hell aiming aid made for people that suck at shooters. It is a sticker that keeps a permanent crosshair on your screen whether the gun has one or not. Totally for scrubs.
What a scrub. Does that person really need a sticker to help aim? At first I was hoping the TV was broken but then I realized it was much worse and lamer.
Aww man, I am good for another year already, but I was totally going to load up. Oh well! I've never paid full boat for Live and there are always deals out there, so no worries.
Yeah, the ad specifically says that you get two games for $50. There is literally no way around it. The word gift card is nowhere in the ad. There is literally nothing in the ad that would lead gamers to believe they would be spending another $70 in store so that they can have the opportunity to spend another $50 at a later point.
You're getting disagrees because you are wrong and maybe need to do a better job with logic yourself. There is actually a massive difference fr...
Yeah, definitely not lying, as is completely evident from other people posting in this thread. Glad you were blessed with a good deal to make up for your obvious lack of intelligence.
This deal is a misprint. Just went to Toys R Us and they had a correction up. It is supposed to be that you get a $50 gift card with purchase of two of those games.
Exactly. This "article" is just typical, reactionary, tabloid garbage written by people that have no business being writers. It is a true shame to see the state of "journalism" today, not that I would call this journalism. Like someone said earlier, it looks like an editorialized Facebook posting written by a five year old with no comprehension on reality.
Another day, another stupid article from stupid people that shouldn't be writing about anything, much less video games. The grammar in the title alone proves it.
No, EA hasn't done anything. Anyone that doesn't buy this game because of a shitty LMG or shotgun is flat out dumb and shouldn't have the right to own this game anyway. This game is going to be genre defining. If you are dumb enough to not buy it because of something that is status quo in this indust...
Actually, there is, because the story is bogus and the email is not from EA. Why would EA reference someone to a third party website that clearly states they have nothing to do with EA?

That email wasn't from EA. How does crap like this get approved? As you can see by "estalbshment," it matches up quite nicely with...
This game is not bad. Definitely not a 4. It's actually the best Marvel game Sega has made, though they didn't have much to live up to. There has only been one part of the game that was dumb and unresponsive, but other than that, this game is a lot of fun if you go in with the right expectations. 6 at worst.
