Then what is the point in including PS3 in the title at all? It's clear: this article wouldn't have 72 comments as of this posting if it didn't.
I can't believe I am going to buy the Ultimate Loot Edition for the box it is in. That is just too cool. All the other stuff ain't so bad, either, though I wish they would have done the steel case to look more like the box art.
All in all, September 18th can't come fast enough.
The only thing I hope for Battlefield: Bad Company 3 is that they continue on the path of Bad Company 2 instead of Battlefield 3. Battlefield 3 is great and all, but I think most of the competitive Game Battles players would tell you they enjoyed Bad Company 2 and the "style" of play more. I am pretty sure the Bad Company franchise was meant to be to the console what Battlefield is to the PC, so I guess that is what I am getting at.
Either way, I am stoked. Battlefi...
This is an absolute joke. I feel bad for Diablo fans. I really do. I bought the game because I had $45 in gift cards at Target and have been playing Max Payne 3 instead, but I got home and tried to log on for the first time at 11AM EST and it is now 4:56 PM EST and I still have yet to be able to play my game.
A single player game.
Nothing.
There are no excuses for this. There is no reason I should need to give a crap about their servers to ...
Not like they haven't had 10 years to figure it out.
"Holy crap guys, do you wonder if a crapload of people may try to play this all at once on release day?"
Nah... that neeeeeeeeeeeeeever happens.
This is the part where someone jumps in and says "um, have you looked at your avatar picture today?" I'm not going to go there, but I have to say, that was a pretty disgusting, ugly, excuse for a person remark to make about another human being, who by the way, is gorgeous in her own way and would probably make you wet your pants if you were she even looked twice at you.
Something tells me you have a little growing up to do BRO.
"Her claim to fame is that she is married to Ice-T. I keep typing sentences and deleting them. I can not even figure out what to say about this."
One of the three best sentences ever put together in an article I read through this site. A+
BOOM! Quote of the year. @Siren30
I can play The Witcher 2 and Minecraft on my Xbox 360 and I can't play them on my Playstation 3. I don't care if they are on the PC, I am a console gamer first and both of them blow every PS3 exclusive I own out of the water. So what has Microsoft done for me? I can also play the plethora of other games I own, too. You know, the ones that are on multiple platforms that generally end up being the listed among the best games of the year? Unless you are playing video games 24 hours a day...
@Cooguy1212 Awesome! It looks like we've found the floor and ceiling for not fun. Now if they make it something in between, we're golden.
Co-Op is absolutely brutal. The idea is great, but it is absurdly difficult and not remotely fun. When it's only wave three and jet pack troopers have blown up the turret I am in within five seconds of spawning, that's just way too much.
I'd love to sit here and say "I'm just bad at it," but I have legit gotten to round four about twice and it lasted less than a minute. All the snipers on the ridge with RPG's are ridiculous to kill. It's jus...
I wanted to love it, but so far, I only like it. Capture The Flag is fun, the campaign is decent, but co-op is awful. It's still more enjoyable then Killzone 3, Resistance 3 and SOCOM 4...
Why does one have to be better than another? Both are amazing and a ton of fun in their own regard. Not everything in life has to be a competition.
If you are a fan of this genre of video game, both are MUST HAVES.
If your intention is to cater towards the core gamer, why would you care about mobile games? Mobile games are time wasters to me (read: not saying in general, TO ME); something I can do when I am setting at the RMV or a doctors office or to kill time at work. So if I don't care about mobile games, why would I talk about them?
The bottom line: I don't care how good a mobile game is. When I have a 42 inch TV or a four inch iPhone to choose from, the TV wins every time. ...
Knights of the Old Republic and Final Fantasy VII are all I need. If no other game is ever remade, those two with amazing graphics would satisfy me greatly.
Whichever one you want? Both? Neither? Who cares. Why can't you buy both? If someone wants to buy a game, they'll buy the game. I can't forsee a scenario where someone is going to have a gun to there head only able to buy one or the other EVER in their life.
Better option then buying at Aarons or Rent-A-Center, which many people do and don't even get the benefit of Live. You'd be shocked how many people do rent-to-own. This is a way better option and realistically, makes the unit much more accessible for many people.
You could make the argument that the people that need this deal probably shouldn't be spending money on video games, but in the end, I really don't see the big deal.
Yes, I am clearly having a hard time finding games to play

Funny, I bought them on Steam over the holidays for like $2.50 each.
Being known for something about your product having issues is not a good thing, nor does it make it acceptable.
