Game launch does not equal console launch. Not even close.
I have had ZERO issues on Xbox One. Would you like me to tell you I have? At this point a week ago, I was knee deep in issues on PS4. Sorry. That's just the way it went down.
Oh and Deathdeliverer... yeah you may want to see my other post. I very clearly bought it twice:

It actually wasn't that bad for me. About 10 minutes before I could start playing. This launch is already going so much better for me than Playstation 4. I've already played more multiplayer in Battlefield 4 in an hour than I was able to on Playstation 4 in a week. So happy with the Xbox One. I love it so far.
I would say everything will pick up with sales on the new consoles...
I want that controller something fierce. Looks awesome. I don't have a need for two controllers but I will definitely snag a variant color when available.
Youtube views don't update in real time on popular videos. It wouldn't shock me at all to see that number double in the next 24 hours. I've had videos suddenly have a 400-500% increase in hits hour to hour while Youtube catches up. That's the reason some super popular videos will say they have 301+ views but 7000 likes and 1500 dislikes.
That makes total sense. Of course the games based on micro-transactions are available to all.
Not trying to knock the merits of the game, because I downloaded it and intend to give it a go, but if the Playstation 4 didn't completely break Battlefield 4 for most players (myself included), I have a feeling it would be a little different. I'm pretty sure people are having the same problem with COD: Ghosts as well.
It makes sense, though, since everyone that bought a PS4 got a month of PS+ and it's free.
I think we all expected this to be terrible.
I had this happen myself. During single player. I have yet to actually get in a multiplayer game...
I've gotten this to work ONCE in the day plus it's been out. Typical.
I back this. Work in the industry and you find this out quickly. The people that are mad run out to the review sites and vent. People that are happy stay happy. I bring this up when people cite negative reviews about my companies products all the time. And it's 100% accurate.
I say this being more of an Xbox guy, by the way. I bought two PS4's, and one of them came from Amazon, but it's not for me. I'm not going to lie, I'm a little worried about it thoug...
Why does this have to be a strike back at Sony? It looks like it's an ad doing the things an ad is supposed to do. Reaching here.
It was a joke. You guys bit it hook, line and sinker. Something tells me this tweet from last night is way more sincere:

So what I am gaining from reading the comments in these Playstation 4 reviews is:
Say something good: YAY!
Say something bad: YOU SUCK YOU ARE BIASED YOU ARE ON THE MS DOLE YOU AREN'T TRUSTWORTHY FU FU FU!!!
Alrighty.
I played it and my exact thoughts at the time were "this is pretty as hell but I've played it before."
I was actually going to pre-order until I played the demo. Now there's no chance.
This is what I expected. This franchise has always been over-hyped. I still have it sitting here on my desk and plan on playing the hell out of it in less than 48 hours, but still.
Greatness waits, I guess.
Yeah, I hate it when Devs keep a game fresh and alive and try to keep people interested post-launch. It's terrible!
There were more people at my Gamestop for the Xbox release than there were for the Playstation. Everywhere is different.
