That doesn't excuse it. You don't demo something like that unless you are confident things like that won't happen, and sorry, I don't buy that the level of graphics we saw was "early stages" at all. Why would journalist mention audio issues when it has nothing to do with the game at all and simply shoddy work from some A/V guy hired to set up sound for the stage? I'd say a game/console freezing during a demo is kind of a bigger deal...
Not sure how the Assassin's Creed IV "live demo" completely freezing and ending abruptly/awkwardly isn't #1 with a bullet...
This nails it. 100% legit difference in price. If Sony prepackaged the PS Eye with their console, it would be $459 and the difference is obviously that the Kinect does more.
But yeah, Microsoft got greedy on this one and is definitely forcing Kinect on people. I would have gotten the SKU with the Kinect anyway, but I can't believe they were so short-sited in making it a requirement. They would have sold many more without it.

I'll explain it to you: modded Xbox's. It's a problem. It has been for a long time. No one wants to talk about it. No one wants to accept responsibility. Almost everyone I know that has an Xbox, at one point or another, has had a modded Xbox, myself included. It's not something I am particularly proud of but it was something that was so easy to do. Most people that mod their Xbox's use them offline. Some people use them online and eventually they get caught.

I love that I will benefit from the timed exclusive but hate timed exclusives with DLC. It sends the absolute wrong message.

I'd be pretty stoked for Crackdown 3. I really enjoyed the first two. I'd like to be excited about Fable 4, but 3 didn't do much for me. I'm not very good at LoL but it would certainly be a coup for Microsoft. It's one of the biggest games in the world. The other two, I'd keep my eye on. That would be a pretty solid start, though.
3-4-5 : where do you shop where a game that has been out for three years is still $60 brand new? People act like games don't get price dropped within 6-9 months permanently. Maybe your COD's of the world that consistently sell don't, but even COD three years later brand new is 20 bucks.
What I don't understand is why Microsoft is taking the fall for the developers. If they don't make a penny from used game sales and devs dictate what games can and can't be sold or traded or borrowed or whatever, why do they even care?

It's funny that the PS3 people are coming in here making jokes yet in the Warframe article it's the greatest news ever. League Of Legends is one of the biggest games in the world, and there is literally nothing that anyone can say that will make this seem like it's a bad thing for Xbox.
Both games are a great thing for both companies and consoles. I hope both are true.
Hold that thought for a week. There are some pretty juicy rumors floating around for both consoles and some of them are starting to come true. This was one of them.
