That and the fact that Xbox gamers don't even buy games anymore. You'd have to be stupid as a developer to release your game on Xbox, there is almost no money to be made there.
Yeah, if it were to sell 1 millions copies total, probably only 5-10k would be on Xbox at most.
When is the full version of that theme song going to be released? We needed it like yesterday.
Five or Six games worth of bugs and glitches maybe. Otherwise no, I am sorry, but the guy need to keep his ego in check, it's not different than any other games nor is it bigger.
@raWfodog
You might have to anyway if you want trophies. Some game carry over progress from demos, but they don't bother carrying trophy progress, so you end up with no trophy for story segments you completed already in the demo.
How about we start by getting a part III first? The probability of that don't seem to good.
If it does happen, then no, it won't be a happy ending. It's an apocalyptic world where everyone is evil and a scum, there is no way a happy ending is possible unless they find a cure and lives go back to normal.
@Prem8tuaProcrastin8a
Literally all studios Sony acquired made 95%+ of their games exclusives to Playstation already and what wasn't exclusive was trash no one can name until they actually go look it up. So nothing was lost for Xbox or Nintendo when they acquired those.
Microsoft are douchebags who buy studios that made only multiplatforms games and those games always sold a lot better on Playstation.
The exception is Bungie, Sony ...
Xbox fanboys aren't the public at large, they're the minority. The actual public at large definitely doesn't support this deal.
It doesn't matter yet anyway, unless the CMA change their mind, the deal dead. Unlike what some delusional fanboys claim, no Microsoft will not pull out of the UK and they actually need the CMA to approve the deal or it's literally dead. I am actually hoping they stick with their decisions, that deal shouldn't be allowed to ...
@Jin_Sakai
"Xbox showcase is in June the 11th not the 1st. And it would have to be a complete flop to be any worse than the PlayStation showcase."
If there is one thing Xbox knows how to deliver properly, it's flops.
It would be a win for Xbox ... except it isn't because we all know their showcase on June 1st will be trash.
Even if it gets nominated, it has zero chance of winning.
@stonecold3
Switch is also not even a console, it's classified as a handheld.
It would have costed them more money to port it on Series X and S than they would have made from the sales. Even more true with Gamepass since Xbox gamers don't buy games anymore. Plus Series S would have gimped the game.
They don't and if they don't change their minds, the deal is dead. They need approval from everyone for the deal to go through.
Before you say it, no Microsoft won't pull out of Britain and no, the UK government isn't going to force them to change their mind, they can't, the CMA is independant.
He can't, the CMA is an independant organization. The Prime minister has absolutely no power over them. He can't do anything. If he does, it will only show the government is corrupted and he is pretty much done.
You sound self entitled and selfish, I wouldn't want to be in the same room as you.
@Battlestar23
Xbox fanboys like you are parasites that are too cheap to pay for games and support developers. This deal is good for no one except the rabid xbox fanboys like yourself. You don't gain anything from it, but everyone else lose.
They would have lost more money porting the game on Xbox than they would have made with the sales on it.
Even if Microsoft were to fix their relationships with SE, games still won't release on Xbox because gamers don't buy games anymore due to gamepass. Hell, japanese games didn't sell anyway before gamepass. SE just isn't interested in Xbox anymore, you have to accept it. It's not because Sony made an imaginary deal with them that Microsoft claimed without any shred of proof.
Actually, it's not releasing on Xbox.
