Don't be asking him questions when you know he doesn't have enought bubbles to respond, lmao.
You act like we all don't know what type of games sell better in the Japanese market. "Zomg, teh Forza is doin' better than U2!" Lol
Japanese love RPGs and racing sims, that's a fact. For U2 to sell like it has and still be in the top 10 is amazing. Japanese typically don't buy action/adventure shooters like U2, so for that game to have sold this much so far is amazing.
Honestly, 30,000 for a racing sim in it's 1st week is nothing. Wait until GT5 com...
Well to be honest, 2009 so far has beed a sad year for good movies. Transformers 2 was a good action flick, haven't seen the new Harry Potter yet, there was a couple good comedies, but District 9 wasn't anything special and definately won't get any more of my money.
On a better note, 2012 looks good, as does Shutter Island (look it up) and Avatar.
Especially back then when every other xbox was rroding.
Back then the Blu-Ray factor was THE major seller for me, with the knowledge that a great pipeline of games was coming in the future. Now that those games are here and still coming, there's no question about which is the better value.
I'll get my demo from the GOW collection.
So I will eat my words, good job pc gamers. Keep it up.
Agreed. It's about as artful if resemblences of someone's family was used as victims in a SAW game.
Usually I'm all for video game "freedom of expression", but IW are just morons that this time around are using any gimmick to get media exposure and to sell games.
I hope so. I don't game on a PC, but what IW and Activision did to the PC gamers gave me yet another reason not to buy MW2 for the PS3.
I just wish more people stuck to their guns. But all you'll hear is, "Well, I'm only getting it because that's what my friends will be playing." Lame excuse to support a terrible publisher/dev team.
Lol. So much for the "power of the pc gamers" boycotting MW2. We all knew the majority would cave in like a house of cards, and they did so far.
All talk, no walk.
I say nix the spawn grenades and bases and I'll be in. There was nothing more frustrating than being spawn camped by rpgs and nade launchers in your own base.
Also nix spot and mark...to cheap.
It was all about Ducktales for me.
Do you know out of all the Wii software sales the 1st mature title is 28th on the list? Yes, that's right! Like I said, big boys don't play the Wii!

"where the hell are you ps3 owners? this is a jewel in the f-ing ps3 crown, it should have sold double that week one."
I agree, but sales don't equal quality. I'm a PS3 owner and don't mind spending money on quality titles, but for some reason alot of PS3 owners are cheapasses. It befuddles me, and I don't know how to explain it.
That's what happens when Nintendo targets fat moms and 5 year olds as their target audience. No true gamer is going to look towards the Wii for awesome games, that's what the PC, 360 and PS3 are for.
Gears and L4D would be the only ones I would want. I don't know about ME, I heard it's good, but I've never seen any gameplay so...
I've played Halo 3 both offline and online and I really don't see what the big deal is. The others are meh imo. Take em or leave em.
I love the clock and it looks like the day will change from morning, noon to night. Might very well purchase it, but I'm still waiting for an Uncharted 2 dynamic theme.
Hopefully this will help give Uncharted 2 yet another solid week of sales.
Activision and IW are quickly becoming the most hated dev/publishers out there. I for one am not supporting either one of them. Sadly IW is becoming more and more like MS. There's a saying, when you lay down with the dogs you rise up with fleas. IW has taken the business model of MS and is running with it. I wonder how long it will be before people realize it.
Unfortunately it's sold out over here.
