Yeah, since when is 7.9/10 bad? It's not a steller game, but for any fans of the original, this should be fun. BTW, nobody slated this as GOTY, just an all around fun game, which it is.
Just a heads up in case you didn't know, there's a bobble head in Raven Rock that is missable. If you don't get it while you're there, then your SOL. I had to replay the game to get that one.

I understand your view as well. Maybe they could make an arcade mode, with infinite levels, and a story mode with finite levels. The best of both worlds would be great.
there's a finite number of levels, and not just endless like before. That will take care of the glitchers, and make it more rewarding. I like to know I'm working towards a goal, and I didn't get that before.

Oh, it is the new thing. But...we're about a generation or two away from it being perfected on the consoles/tvs. Alot of people said the same thing about HD and HDTVs saying it's not necessary, costs too much, not worth it, etc. Now HDTV is mainstream. 3D is the next logical step in home entertainment, just give it time.

I somewhat agree. The way this guy has his 360's stacked leads me to believe he doesn't take too much care with his consoles. He should know to give enough room around the 360 for proper ventilation and to prevent overheating.
That being said, there's no reason for a brand new product to fail just a couple days out of the box.

They are giving away Little Big Planet, which has sold 3.5m copies. There are 35.5m PS3's sold, so that's ALOT of people who didn't buy the game, right? It's a great deal and it's too bad you can't see that. For $50 you will be getting many games per month as well as other content.
For me, this will be great for those in between months where not that many big titles released, like from now till the blockbusters release around fall/winter.
I think it's a Baltis thing rather than a PS3 thing. I just got done with a RDR session with no issues. I played free roam and had at least 10 players in the lobby at all times.
