I really haven't started to research this game. I loved the Fallout 3, and this looks to be amazing as well. That hardcore mode sounds interesting, I think I'll give it a go on my 1st playthrough.
What does this mean? If I recall correctly, Fallout 3 didn't have such a mode. Maybe there's no VATS in hardcore mode.
and I don't really care. Btw, why the heck is this front page news?
Many of the younger fans know who MJ is, even my 10 year old does. But they never witnessed his greatness first hand. They never saw how much of a game changer he was. To many, he's better known as the Hanes guy than the basketball player. Its just the way the world works.
All copies for PS3 are sold out.
Agreed, I was waiting for this to hit the bargain bin and now it has.
EDIT: I forgot this has 4-player online co-op, maybe I'll pick up a few copies now.
I just don't see how this game is fun. I watch the videos and it doesn't look fun to me, but everyone is saying it's a blast. I guess this is one of those games that doesn't seem good from the outside, but when you play it you get hooked. SuperStardust HD was like that for me. I'm going to have to try this one soon.
Lol, yeah right! The mods are useless here. Ever since this new bubble system and site change, the moderation here has been laughable at best. It was bad before, but now it's near nonexistent.
But to tell you the truth, flaimbait articles and hacking/mod articles are where the bread and butter is for a website. When it comes down to it, the success of a website is based on hit counts, not the quality of articles it has, so you really can't blame them.
2 different fanbases there buddy. Most Halo fans don't give a rats ass about Other M, much less the Wii. The Wii only has 1-2 big titles to get right per year, and its unfortunate that Other M hasn't lived up to it's hype. Nobody is saying this game sucks, it's just not epic like everyone expected.
Some people have 2 xboxs, 1 legit to play online, and 1 modded to play all offline games, and never connect online.
Unless you wanted the PS3 to cost $100 more, I wouldn't complain about it. There's plenty muscle left in the current console, but I'm sure Sony is starting to see the limitations of the current memory and will rectify that next gen.
Yeah, the thing is, nobody is forcing anyone to collect the magazines so there's really no need to complain about it. Even if you have to collect them to get your trophy/achievement, you don't have to open them up and look at them.
This is a game that has some MAJOR violence in it, grow up already. If you're not mature enough, maybe you shouldn't be playing it.
Also, about the playgirl comment, no, just no. This is a Mafia game. We expect...
Kettle Corn please.
no PC only.
I still need to play Darksiders. Too many games, too little time.
Why the heck is everyone suddenly so worried about how many bubbles others have? This is like the 4th comment I've seen in the last 2 days about this.
I don't think there will be a beta. COD runs an already established server network that Acti/Treyarch knows works and can handle the millions that will be online.
Bootlegs didn't stop Halo 3 from selling over 10 million did it? There's just a small fraction of the population that downloads bootlegs, not nearly enough to hurt a huge release like this.
Overshadowed by mag, 256 players online at once...NO LAG!!!
EDIT: I usually try to avoid comments like this, but this dumbass article deserves potshots being taken at it. Halo: Reach does look amazing, and I'm sure it will be, but this article is just dumb. Don't go knocking very well-known popular games just to promote another game. The author needs to put his fanboy back on a leash.
I'm just starting Aquanaut's Holiday, getting Mafia 2 in the mail tomorrow, and then Dead Rising 2 is coming next month. Then...I really want to get the Move, but we'll see how everything goes financial wise. My point is, I'm glad New Vegas is a couple months away, it keeps the pace of great games going strong.
