Play the demo and come to your own conclusions. I thought it was decent. Maybe not worth $15, but I wouldn't rule out a future purchase, maybe when it goes on sale.

The story is great, and grass doesn't matter, but the character models sucked. The main characters were awesome, but all the "extras" used the same model. All the black and Asian guys looked the same lol. And they made the Asians look scary ugly too. Overall, I'm really happy with the game though, I should beat it today and Platinum it tomorrow.
I laugh because some people are just starting to see how greedy MS is. They've been raping people for HDDs, wireless adapters and live for years. How is this different? MS doesn't worry, they know with Reach and Black Ops coming out soon, all the sheep will come running with open wallets.

Corporate companies like Sony have lawyers on their payroll year round. It's not like for people like me and you that we would have to pick and choose our legal battles based on funds. Even if Sony knew it would lose, they would still sue because they know these hackers don't have unlimited money and access to top notch lawyers.
