Eh, it's not that bad. I just checked the roster out, which happens to be at the top of the article. The rest I ignored. I am VERY happy with the roster, all the characters I wanted are in the game!

REALLY?!? We must have played different versions of the game then. The one I played was a 3x Brett Favre fragfest, had glitchers that would hide in walls and rocks, suffered from poor connections of the host and had NO host migration.

Every installment lasts less and less. MW lasted over a year, WaW about 6 months, MW2 about 4 months, and BO only 1.5 months. Every other franchise is stepping up their games, COD needs to as well. Until they do, all future COD games will be rentals for me.
The problem with these game reviews is that they take these Move/Kinect/Wii games too seriously. I have a friend at work who has been raving about how much fun him and his family have been having with this game. This is not supposed to be a GOTY contender, or some deep story/cutscene driven game. Its just a get-off-the-couch, have-a-laugh, family game. Maybe this reviewer is expecting too much, or maybe he needs to try this out in a different atmosphere.
I think Ironcreed is just saying MS should concentrate more on producing core games, rather than all this casual stuff they've been doing.
Yes, the more options the better. But how about having those more options be new IPs or new 1st party studios instead of something we can all get from our cable providers?
I once in a while hear about accidents involving kids and guns, but I'll refer you to my original comment,"guns are not bad, people are bad". You find me a story involving gun accident and I'll find you a bad parent in the same story. What's wrong with kids handling and shooting guns? This is what's going wrong with the pussification of the U.S., especially communistic states like New York and California. Guns are not bad, people are bad. I own guns and I also have my 10 year old shoot with me regularly. When taught the right way, shooting can be a safe and fun recreation for all.

It is a nice find, I didn't know about it till this article. What I found really odd when I was looking at videos of top players on the LB, is that they have a high kdr and great stats, but suck at just about every game they play. So I don't know if the stats are buggy, or if they hacked the LB somehow.
Its actually my favorite map of the game, as I assume many others as well. Every time it comes up in the rotation it gets played at least 4 times in a row. Sure, the spawning sucks, but what do you expect from such a tiny map.
Nuketown is pure chaos and adrenaline, which I like. If you're a camper or perfectionist who strives for perfect kdr, then I can see how this map might aggravate you.

Yeah, the mp is fantastic. I only played a couple hours last night and I could tell it is instantly the best COD game so far. Everything seems balanced so far. No death streaks, no stopping power or juggernaut, no Brett Favre nade tosses, and customization for days. Also, the stat tracking is insane. Many people say play for fun, not stats, but stats are fun for me. It let's me set benchmarks for myself so I can get better, and the friendly competition is great.
