How are they idiots? All Sony and Microsoft had to do was the tiniest bit of market research to tell them that the only games people buy for Wii are Nintendo first party games like Mario and Zelda, and that 90% of Wii gamers wish every Wii game would let them play with a traditional controller.

I think God of War 3 is better looking overall. The character model for Kratos is 100 times more detailed than Drake. Graphics and frame rate were also better, as is the gameplay. The only thing Uncharted does better is the voice acting. Neither game is really that amazing though, they are pretty standard other than the graphics. I'd hardly call a standard third person shooter with some simple climbing mechanics and a predictable story "brilliant". It was an average game with above average graphics. Just because the game LOOKS like a 10 doesn't mean it is, I think that's what everyone seemed to forget while playing it. They were too swept up in the hype and the graphics to realize everything in that game had been done on PS2.

For a video game, it's quite well written. Better than a lot of movies even (there's a LOT of crap out there, don't forget) but it's not amazing. Kind of cliche but at least it has a lot more story to it compared to something like Army of Two, or some other piece of crap game like that.
