I think Crysis, Cryis WH, HL:E2, Shattered Horizon, FC2. All look better than anything on a console with the right rig and settings. And you don't need that good a rig either (look at mine. L4D 1 & 2 looks miles better on a PC than the 360. Dirt2 at over 60fps @ 1080P.

All Bungie did was negate the detractor saying they have not played the game. Good-grief.
Although the writer did not put it across very well, he/she is talking about AAA status scores, not literally the exact same scores. They did say 'Uncharted 2-like scores' not uncharted scores. None of the games he/she mentioned have the same scores, but they have all AAA status in common, therefore 'Uncharted 2-like' scores.

As an early adopter to the first two stalker games, I remember having to restart the game with every patch as it broke game saves. In the end, I did not touch it until a few month later.
I player stalker: SOC on a Radeon HD 3850. It ran OK on modest settings. I think I had an Intel 2160 Dual-core O/C back then. I think the CPU held it up
If it is the first one, it should run fine if you keep the settings modest. Clear sky might struggle though.

I really enjoyed this game. Not perfect but different enough amongst all the normal FPSes to grab my attention to the end.
Might have to dust it off for some more free running.

Well, MS managed to string it out to 2010. Oh guess, what Office 2010 has already been released by April. Problem solved. As it does not affect already sold products.

It does not seem the drivers are good enough yet. I have just upgrade my CPU and case, so I will wait until next year before I buy another card.
I loose 4fps on Dirt2 with these drivers :(. Not that I actually notice when playing though.

It does sound like you are not getting enough power somewhere. Does this happen when the system is on heavy load? Have you tried stress testing with with Sandra Lite 2010 or something similar?

Yes. It add Full open Gl 3.2 and Direct Compute 4.1 for 4000 series cards - Not like many things use it.

Crysis only uses 2 CPU threads. It is up too Crytek to make use of it. And they will have to with the 360 having 6. Codemasters can do it with Dirt 2. and that runs like butter. Even L4d 2 uses 4 threads, hence in scales dramatically from a dual core to quad core; and runs so well on the 360.
