An understandable concern.
However, I never thought that doom games were horror oriented. They were great shooters and th tension was in not dying.
There was also a sense of exploration to find the secrets and grab everything in the level.
I generally think preorders are wrong.
I'm never doing them again after being scarred a few times.

It's not about money's worth.
It's about memorable experiences. I remember single player campaigns a lot more fondly then say my beta time with battlefront. Or counter strike.
Multiplayer only games are easier to make therefore cheaper.
What is unacceptable is the same price for a multiplayer only game as a game with both multiplayer and single player.

My pc never gets stale or suddenly incapable of playing games...I don't know why console fans place an expiration date on their consoles.
Huge upgrade between last gen and this one. They shouldn't have a problem improving graphics and gameplay a ton this gen.
I wouldn't worry about that. the multiplayer only genre is very limited. Eventually it will die or at least wither.
For me dead rising is appealing but I wish it was more horror at the same time or Idk. Maybe more serious tone would help me but it.
Yea I wish all games went multiplatform too. Like uncharted and God of war. That would be nice.
I am inclined to agree however...a part of me realized that games normally look worse on screen through YouTube vids then they actually do. some textures were really nice.

PC is an open platform. The numbers they find are in fact jaded as it includes everyone who has a pc and has played or installed any one game regardless if that is a Pac man game and they don't actually intend on playing games on their pc or its just for the family, etc.

The gap increasing has nothing to do with video game enjoyment on ps4.
But yes ps4 players will obviously have lots to play. But same can be said for all platforms.
All Ys games are fantastic.
Been trying to play them in order but it's difficult as steam didn't always have them all.
They're all great that being said. Haven't played celceta yet. I hope it comes to pc soon.
