You couldn't tell the difference? I could definitely tell with Fallout New Vegas after playing the poo out of Fallout 3. I really couldn't get into New Vegas. The story and locations were just sub par to me.
That's completely untrue. Just because I haven't played a game in two years - which isn't a long time, honestly - doesn't mean I don't want to play that game ever again. If the game still works, I expect to be able to play it whenever I want to, since I bought it.
Screw everything about EA origin. I will never buy anything off of it after hearing this. Steam is literally the only way to go for the modern PC gamer. Why is EA being so evil again?
I've been playing Child of Eden with Kinect. It's really amazingly fluid and I don't even notice any lag. It's one of the most fun games I've played in a long time. I don't think it's completely useless for gaming.

All reviews are opinions, and even when IGN gives a score that I don't agree with, if I am up in the air on a purchase of a game, I read all the reviews fully on metacritic. Which includes IGN.

Well, to be fair, all the dated games come out half a year early. The release date for both Madden 10 and Tiger 10 were released August 2009. So, it's been technically two years, which is still way too early, IMO.
But, at least it's not a single year. I'm still probably never going to buy an EA online game again.
It's great they host their own servers, but then they shut them down a couple years later. I agree with Dantes, they should patch it to allow P2P, so at least it can still be usable.

You're not even waiting to pass judgment, so why should you expect other people to? It's not forced arm flailing. It's not arm flailing at all, honestly. You target, and push to destroy the things you targeted, or you use your other arm with the quick laser to destroy enemy bullets. It's really amazingly accurate and it's very, very fluid, and it's an actual new experience. The camera control also worked very well and I had literally no issues with it.

But, honestly, Child of Eden + Kinect is literally beautiful and it feels like you're using the force when you play the game.
