Can't deny that this looks good. I hope MS is listening. A subtle change that goes a long way.
IWANTTHISGAME... NOW! It looks like a lot of fun, the last Far Cry I played was Far Cry 2, so the mechanics of 4 should be fresh to me.
It's that good, eh? I do enjoy all those things you mentioned. If I find myself with some extra money, I guess I'll add this to my list of games to buy.
The game looks fun, but more of a 30 dollars kind of fun to me, not 50-60.
Completely agree. I dug the change in Black Flag, kind of a fun nod to us gamers. I got sick of the desmond story after ACII, it just kept getting dragged out. Glad they finished that arc, but there's no need to start a new modern day arc.
How is Kinect used in Battlefield? I actually really like the Kinect, so being 'Kinect enabled' is a cool feature to me.
That's my thought too. If you like survival horror games this will rate higher for sure, but all signs point to it being a polished survival horror game worthy of checking out.
I was really excited when they announced the steamboxes. I even thought about skipping the consoles next gen but they really did bungle the execution of it. That and the pc specs I've seen for a competitively priced box are not very good
I think it's funny how Valve tricked a bunch of companies into making PC's for them. It's those companies that take up all the risk and Valve doesn't have to worry if those PC's fail, and in my opinion, they will fail. I believe people would rather spend 400-500 bucks on a PS4 or XB1 for their living room.
Oh man, if they did this, it really would be the coolest thing.
I'm still not sold on VR as a viable gaming medium for the masses, but I'd really like to try it out for myself. I do think it could be great.
Bloodworth is probably my favorite reviewer out there. He really knows his stuff and I trust his judgment. I say this not owning a ps4, but if he said Driveclub is good then you can be sure it is.
I got irritated like you after a couple of hours. I would get swarmed, then die, then repeat. The combat isn't as smooth as the Arkham games and I was trying to play like it was an Arkham game, and I think that was my big issue.
Then I just decided to roam the world and upgrade my character, not caring if I died or not. I got some amazing runes and upgraded my weapons that's when the game opened up for me and has been a ton of fun. Sure, the enemies will respawn, but ...
I love this game. Kinect worked well and the story is probably the best I've played so far this gen. It's a really great point & click adventure game, though with kinect it's more like hold out your hand & grab adventure game.
I still have that issue of Next Gen! A classic issue I read over and over as a kid, checking out games I had missed.
I'm at the part where they tell you to kill 4 warchiefs and I haven't received the branding option yet. It's pretty early on in the game, but I've already logged quite a few hours doing random things around the world. Great game!
Thank you! It's still gonna be rough, but I'm hoping that works.
I'm loving this game. Though I'm not loving that I have a Warchief that is invulnerable to everything except fire. I mean, how am I supposed to beat that guy!? Face him and hope there's a campfire nearby?!
Another AAA game where the story falls flat. Guess I gotta keep playing indie games for a good story these days.
LOL you got me there!
I'm just saying, even though the game looks like fun, these video clips are pretty poorly done.
Sounds like the time limit is there for a couple of reasons:
1. You can't just log your friend in and then walk away for him/her to play all day. The person sharing will have to actively share again once the time limit is up.
2. A time limit will keep the servers from getting full and staying that way - The last thing Sony needs is more server issues.
Edit: Not being able to see the stream of the shared game is strange to me. Sounds like ...
