Normally I'd be hyped about a DBZ RPG.... but I've gone trough the story sooooooooooooo many times by now. No matter what they do with the gameplay, no matter how they polish the visuals, I don't think it can make up for the fact that it's a very worn-out story... (Don't get me wrong, I love Dragon Ball, but I think they should let the franchise rest for now)
Sounds like Trump wrote that title :|
And at the same time it's great news for someone like me who really loved Destiny until very recently when it started getting stale. So far it really seems like a similar type of game, so it's going to feel great jumping into something completely fresh but something that has a familiar feel.
So far my only concern is EA, but I guess we'll see with the demo, or at the very latest once revies are out
I hope not, I would rather see Future Foundation suit in the sequel instead of a standalone dlc-suit or just a short story/mission dlc
Did you even read the "article"? -_-
Agreed, took me a good while before I even got Titanfall 2, and even then I played it for pretty long and never had any problems finding other players.
Finally hearing the release date for Kingdom Hearts 3. "It's been 84 years" is kinda how it felt when I saw that announcement. Even though I knew it was in development, and we had a few trailers and screenshots, I was so happy when they finally settled on a release date.
For me it wasn't a single moment, but the slow realization that Fallout 76 wasn't going to be a good game. I was genuinely looking forward to playing it with my friends, and even when the signs were there I wanted to believe it still had potential. And it wasn't until after release that I finally accepted that we were not going to play it :(
Santa Monica Studio. Oh man. I can't find the words, God of War was just such a pleasure to play, they truly did an amazing job there and they managed to create something that for me felt completely new and different from other rpg:s out there.
You have a point, but unlike them, Miles is actually in the game already. On the other hand it might get weird if they decide to have them appear later on in a sequel.
Bethesda. They've basically been recycling Skyrim for everything since 2011. Fallout 4 was a soulless piece of buggy husk, and I thought that it couldn't get worse. Then I saw them announce FO76. I thought that might be cool, Fallout 4 but with co-op.... Except they kinda took FO4, stretched out the map, removed pretty much every NPC.... But yeah... My answer is Bethesda
I agree, the suit was basic, and we don't need that (just as I don't think the Raimi-suit is special enough to add it as a separate suit). But I also get their point with Miles's suit, a suit that Miles is inevitably going to wear somewhere along the road. Save the graffiti suit as an alternate suit for him later on.
Tough one, but maybe Sean Murray, and actually the whole team behind No Man's Sky. Not many people have received that bad of a reception, but still insisted on working on a game tirelessly, and releasing free content and updates on a relatively steady stream.
I would have to say Kojima. While I do think he has done some great stuff ( I personally really liked P.T). But a lot of people seem to be worshiping him like the chosen one of the gaming industry. Whenever there's anything new about Death Stranding I see people declaring him a genious while I'm just left there staring at the content in confusion. Like sure it looks cool, but it's starting to also look like a bizarre mix of nonsense. Kinda like with artists who just splatter stuff...
You'd think China would encourage teens to play Fortnite in that case :D
Can we please ban them globally? :)
I'm gonna contradict a previous entry I saw, and say Tetsuya Nomura! Mainly because of Kingdom Hearts. I absolutely love his over the top designs with all the funky belts and zippers, gravity defying clothes and massive shoes (or maybe the feet themselves are massive). And in his defense, I believe his designs have toned down a bit and become somewhat more realistic along the road, but still without loosing the essence of his style.
The handler in Monster Hunter World... She's apparently supposed to be something like a scholar, and backup for the hunter. But all that I can remember is how annoying and useless she was most of the time, not to mention how unmemorable she is visually..... And I swear to the elder dragons, if I hear her shout "AIBOU/PARTNER" one more time..............
Hawke in the cinematic trailer for Dragon Age 2. A mage with some armor, and who uses the staff for melee combat, and then some cool magic that summoned hands from some other plane of existence to obliterate his enemy. Sadly he wasn't quite as cool in the actual game, but the Hawke in the trailer <3
I agree, based on what we saw it looks pretty, and I can imagine the gameplay could be fun, it's just that I have no interest in the story, no matter how they try to reinvent it. On the other hand, if they were to make it a Dragon Ball game based on kid Goku era, now that's a game I'd play!
