If FFV XIII goes multiplat, everyone will look at the CG movies and scenes released so far and claim that it was the original PS3 build and the new *real* in game graphics are the dumbed down graphics to cater to the 360. I really hope it stays exclusive just so we can see how much SE really knows how to use the PS3 hardware. VXIII and XIII are both using the same engine. There shouldn't be any graphical/performance differences except for artistic.
Doesn't prove that they lost faith in Microsoft. The creator stated he wants this game to be picked up by people who normally wouldn't play an RPG because they think they can't do well at them or they are too complicated. He wants the non-gamers to see it on the Wii and go,"oh, I can play this game cause it's on the Wii. It must not be too difficult." The reason he wants this is because in Japan, there are two main RPG series, FF and DQ. He stated it's very hard to compete with thos...
Really am excited for this game. Loving the art style.
For a failure, it sure did beat every other FF game in terms of sales. I think they consider it a success.
Will prob have more items drop at any given time in 25 man. Greater chance of having your item drop that way.
You would think wouldn't you... I can promise you it's not a end all solution. There is still lag on dedicated servers.
If they gave me that old truck for free, I'd be pretty happy....
without a monthly fee, yes. Otherwise, no.
Yep, I went from being like one of the last people in to one of the first every time. I thought they were gonna put in the spawn timer so that everyone gets in at the same time still.
I just want to play it with the PS3 controller. I do not like using face buttons to control the camera.
It's also multiplayer. Normally the graphics are dumbed downed slightly in multiplayer to compensate for the greater amount of chaos that goes on. You see similar things when coop is done on the same console instead of online.
Mongoose has been in there since Halo 3 *officially. They tried to implement the mongoose as far back as Halo 1. They never got it balanced and released with the game until Halo 3.
The covenent *the advanced alien race you fight* are the only ones with the advanced tech that you speak of. Human kind at that point still rely on standard tech *although more advance*. Gas, nuclear power, bullets, etc etc. The spartan program uses tech that we captured from the covenent and reverse engineered with improvements. The covenent found the tech they use. They are relics left by an ancient race called the forerunners. They worship the tech and only go as far as to learn how to use ...
Very cool
I would assume the motor is there for calibration. Not every house is created equal and it is probably difficult to get the camera to sit level with every set up. I doubt there any anything to it besides that.
The games controls are horrible sadly. I wish they would just allow you to play the game from the PS3. I don't care if the graphics are still psp quality.
Bungie always intended for ODST to be an expansion. Microsoft took Bungie's submitted product and decided when to release it and at what cost. Bungie literally was hands off on the product for months before Microsoft's purposed release.
But they lowered the base dmg it does. The burst fire accurasy was to help when firing at medium range.
The answer is dynamic coding.
XBL original had developers hard coding values within their games, for live including friend lists. Values such as the size of your friends list were hard coded into the games. With the 360, they made the live interface/friends list separate. It runs separate from whatever software you are running on the system. This way, anything live related could be updated independently from whatever software was using it. If Microsoft had upped the friends list...
His loss.
