When did this turn into a Bluray article?
Conf had it's ups and downs. Gears, halo, new crytek game, fable, slim were all ups for me. Kenetic was not. Delay was bad and the games were unimpressive. I have a feeling the Sony conf will be the same because I don't find motion controls to be all that impressive but sonys 1st party games and new psn features are.

Vo-cal, lately, the trend tends to swing in strong favor of Sony when console sides are picked on this site. Just pick through the bull to find the news. It really doesn't matter how negative people are ( no matter what console they support). It won't change anything regarding games coming out or how fun they are. Enjoy what they refuse to.
Yep worked great for atari, sega, nintendo, and Sony when they did it. Just like all of them it will work great for them. I mean they will all have hard drives and wifi. This is only going to be good for microsoft.

I would love to see some first party love from ms. I would love even more for ps4, wii HD, and new xbox to be announced. It's about that time anyways.

2)Yeah, the PS9 commercial was just a weird PS2 commercial...these are weird PS4 commercials. At the end of them they stated, it starts here: PS2.
3)They are some of the best ads out there. That hasn't stopped Sony from going crazy weird with their ads before. Same thing happened with PS1 to PS2 and from PS2 to PS3.

Why would it be disappointing? PS2 has been supported for 10 years since its release like they said they would (10 year life span isn't new with the PS3) and the PS3 was announced 5 years after the PS2. Same as the PS1. Following trend, PS4 should be announced either this year or next. Unless they are in fact going for that whole re branding thing.
Why return it. It is a great TV. He would have to pay almost double the price to get a 3d set that is just as good of quality. I love my Bravio 52". No need for 3d tv set yet. Not when you have to spend 100$ for a pair of glasses that use expensive batteries to run. Plus, if you watch the display units at your local Bestbuy, there are still issues like Ghosting. Besides, who wants to play with glasses on....especially the people who already have to wear glasses. The 3d thing as it is now...
Would be nice for the simple fact that I cant go over to a friends house without having to bring my whole console with me. Makes me miss having memory cards. Even if the online system was stored both locally and via cloud, it would be nice. That way, if internet went out, I wouldn't be sol.
I just want a game that finds a way to use Natal as more than just a controller. Something creative. Something you don't even think of. Something that it does while you are still sitting on the couch with a controller without you even realizing it.
Considering on microsofts own site their warranty is said to be global, I suggest your friend actually call Microsoft this time and get a fixed console.

Why. You don't have to pay for a new one unless you modded it. Why not make microsoft pay for every single defective unit? That's what the three year warranty is for. It even renews if you hav to use it. Just seems like you aren't helping the situation any...

I dont remember anyone saying it was her first time playing. I assumed it scanned her in the same way you have to calibrate the wii-mote. The lag though was very apparent. I was very disappointed by this.
