..Forza 3 is the 360's best exclusive this year by FAR and it sold like crap. 360 owners would rather go out and buy their yearly Halo/L4D/CoD, so where's all the failed Forza topics? No where to be seen of course, despite the game being the DEFINITIVE racer/GT Killer.
Uncharted 2 will most likely pass that next month, meaning the sequel passed the original in just 3 months. These sales are great...ok 5 million in a month will be great but they're still decent.
GT3 was released in 2001 (PS2's second year which had about 25 million units sold) and sold 15 million copies. Spin that. Every full GT game has sold at least 10 million copies, only 1 Halo game has done this. Face it, GT is bigger.

I agree with Iron man though, I fugging love that movie (bought it on Blu-Ray), can't wait for the sequel.
Most of us probably will buy Bayonetta as well as GoW3. Out of the 30 or so posts here only 2 of them are down playing Bayonetta, nobody's saying they hate the game, they're just saying it's got a long way to go before it out stages an already highly reviewed proven franchise.

It's nothing to do with exclusives. It's just common logic. How can a brand new IP outstage an already proven juggernaut 4 year old franchise?

Well to be honest that Resonance of Fate is looking pretty good =) I'll be buying both anyways though.
I think it'll end up a solid 8.5 - 9.0 which is a FANTASTIC score (fanboys seem to only care about "AAA 90+" scores this gen).
If by "competition" they mean GoW then no, Bayonetta has a looong way to go. And by the way, nobody should take Famitsus or Edges scores seriously when buying a game.
