I would say no as I believe that was the main cause for the direction of Resident evil. 4 was somewhat decent. 5 was god awful. 6 was worse.

If Dead space try to implement Coop, it's going to sacrifice scares and fear of being alone and isolated. Games tend to get easier when you have a teammate.

The game has so much wrong with it but it does have potential. I am not fond of having enemies that you cannot kill being positioned on the ground toward an item for cheap scares, I am not fond of the "hordes" being 8 zombies, I am not fond of the boomers? Why no Tyrant!?

The game isn't bad unless you compare it to Resident Evil. This should have been a new IP, then everyone would have loved it. instead they used the name of the series to sell it and therefore r...

I rage quit because of my team often. I don't work 9 hours a day to come home to be stressed out over a video game. I do not want to have to carry the team in any game. I want to be an equal part of the team.

I have rage quit from Call of duty admittedly if there are too many kill streaks going on. I'm not fond of that.

Just bought the game and the desire to play it faded away into dust as I walked very. very. VERY! Slowly for the first 15 minutes.

Those dumb zombies that you can't shoot but are positioned towards something you have to pick up so they can crap you is not scary, it's a cheap scare and it fails.

I believe Cod4 holds the title for best CoD yet and always will since it pushed the series into modern times and for me, had the best campaign, maps, and Multiplayer was incredibly balanced and fun. Killstreaks and Perks were it's baby.

No lag and proper hit boxes, you couldn't just shoot around people and kill them. Even better is having a proper vision and not a constant tunnel vision, what is it in mw3? 45% vision?

Black ops 2 looks great but it ...

There are games where you work as a team. If you want teamwork then you are playing the wrong game. Call of duty is about running and gunning, lone wolfing and flanking is what that game is about and it's the beauty of it but if you go into it looking teamwork you are going to have a bad time.

If you want Teamwork, Battlefield has a good sense on that. People work together, spotters and engineers work together to clear the skies and your teammates are your pilots, when t...

It's not addictive, it's just fun and worth playing. I loved the game and stuck with it all the way up until I left school, got a job and found that I didn't have time to keep up with the younger crowd.

I was able to quit easily and I get tempted to go back because it's fun and I like fun games.

Labelling everything that is worth playing as addictive is a silly fad that seems to stream from jealous simpletons whose preferred games of choice on...

Great! I loved Warband, in fact, I might just go and start a game this weekend now in celebration of this good news.

Halo wars was a great game. It had a simplicity to it that really worked out for it, it was a really appealing game and I wish it would get a sequel.

The only reason it got hate was because the typical Halo player came from an FPS and obviously it didn't appeal to them or RTS fans came in and the simplicity didn't appeal to them.

Being a simple console RTS really worked and I would love a second in the series.

That's right. Don't know how I mixed that up.

I can't choose between San Andreas and Vice City. Combine all the features from those games and make sure it has plenty of fun potential and you have a great game.

Buying properties which opens new missions from Vice city was great and San Andreas got the gangster theme right as well as customising your character to an extent, robbing houses at night, customised your car and large air liners <3 Good old days.

Glad I won't have to face up against them in multiplayer, I wasn't so fond of them. Eager to play against new enemies.

Can you blame him? Not very many people seem to like the direction they are going in. I can get with change and it's a big improvement on 5 so I am all for it but the game does have it's major flaws.

It could have been great, I played Leon's thinking It would be horror, nope. Just because it's darker, doesn't make it scary. I was running around kicking everything, suplex here and there. Playing with the zombies like it was Dead Rising.

Ah lovely. A article where all comments are attacked by fanboys.

Everything is wrong here. The video game community is one of the most childish and butt hurt angry communities I have ever seen. It seems like it may indeed be filled with 12 year old kids.

I seen Sony come out with new breath taking IP's and I thought they looked like they would be an amazing story and experience, I seen Halo 4 and Gears of War 4 and thought they looked like great fun, I seen the Wii U and figured it would a hell load of fun to play something different...

During Resident Evil 3.5, they should have realised they could not successfully jump the franchise into the new generation and should have started a New IP.

All this hate for Resident Evil is understandable but I actually liked the demo.. or rather the foundation of the demo. I only played Leon's part but I liked the setting and the dark theme to it.

I did absolutely hate not being able to shoot Zombies on the ground just so they could grab me when I go...

Or fans of the series? I loved Fable 1, was repulsed by Fable 2 and was able to enjoy Fable 3 just a bit and to hear it's going even further down the drain is heart breaking to me.

I don't want to come home from work to jump around my living room like a twat, I prefer the controller and some proper games that appeal to grown ups.

It looks great, this is what a sequel is suppose to be. I can't believe they pumped out Brotherhood and Revelations with little changes each time, they bored me to the extent of playing on Mute while listening to a movie in the background.

I am certain that because of those two games, AC3 will suffer. Most people will have lost the hype or can't manage to conjure it after playing the same rehashed game. Darn whoever decided to milk the franchise.

I have no idea why these people are so angry, more so than any other community.

I myself have got angry admittedly, after finding three or so games in a row with an AFK member or two people who get no kills and double digit deaths.

But I have never just went into match, throwing abuse at everyone. Better than me? No life! Worse than me? Noob! Not doing so well? You are bad and the reason we are losing, having a good enemy team is not a possibility!

I love both. People keep using irrelevant arguments for why their preferred platform is better. PC gamers keep saying about Graphics and Console gamers keep talking about games.

I for one, believe graphics is not always good. Game developers don't care about content as long as the game is shiny and nice to look at. Our games are getting better looking but shorter. As for Ultra high settings.. Really? You care that much? The games look basically the same to me, not much o...
