Aiming down the sight is a vital part of Call of Duty. It separates the casuals from the regular skilled players with quicker reflexes and accuracy.

I would say it's being angry that other games get bad scores. It bothers me too when Call of duty gets a high score and the reviewer then goes to a game that has a new engine, new gameplay and completely new features and scorn it.
These are the type of reviewers that are simpleton upstarts that shouldn't be reviewing games because they have no idea how the industry works or how to review.
I think it's highly likely it will. Everything that kept the PS3 down has been turned in it's favour. Looks like it may get released first and it has both great hardware and great features.
Unless Microsoft can present something truly amazing that can compare that will be released at the same time. I think I am heading back to Playstation next gen.
