When was the last time your internet went out for more than 24 hours?
That is what I have been thinking. Sony are great with games and will make some great exclusives, sure. But Microsoft gave us a blu ray and decent specs to compete with PS4.
Just because it's multimedia doesn't mean it's not about gaming. All the negativity seems to be highly exaggerated.
Sure Sony is more about games but Microsoft have been clear about where they were going to go and it looks to me, like it does do it all.
And yet you still get a bunch of Disagrees for saying that neutral statement.

Am I the only one who doesn't see any major change in Ghosts? Sure the graphics are a bit better but they are not that great.
BF4 blew me away with the graphical detail in the faces and while I really want CoD to make a comeback with an awesome game, I just saw the exact same gameplay with graphics better than before but still weaker than we saw in BF3..
I already pre-ordered the PS4, didn't think the Xbox could do anything to compete but I think it looks really good. None of it appeals to me but I think everyone is being far to critical of it.
They say it's not focusing on the gamers but why can it not focus on gamers and multimedia? They included a blu ray and decent specs? It looks better than what the 360 did compared to the PS3 back years ago.

The PS4 is just a PS3 with better specs and a share button.
The Xbox One is nothing like the Xbox 360. Everything about it is new excluding the achievements and dashboard appearance. None of it appeals to me though.

I always thought they took it out to replace it with Vibration but that would have been around the time I stopped playing on PS3.
Still, don't like motion in controllers. Would prefer them to separate. I would like to use Kinect for navigating the console and nothing more.
Well N4G is a sony haven and anything pro-xbox will be disagreed with by the masses shamelessly enough to be obvious that the reason was Brand Loyalty.
They don't realise that competition is great and has pushed both consoles further than they would have if they had no opposition.

What are they thinking using motion with the controller? Sony tried that with Six Axis and it was so horrible that they had to remove it..

I always thought that would be a good idea too but they would end up tracking statistics and then the fanboys would try to use it to say one side is better than the other.
And fanboys are already the cancer of the gaming community. We don't need more of it.

I would say PC is equally as good for making money but either way it's great that Sony are making this a prime focus.
Too many times have I seen huge games, overhyped and ended up being visually nice to look at but a big dull drag to play. A lot of Indie developers make amazingly fun games and it's great that we may get to see more from them.
@imahustla19 Honestly, why would anyone pay all that money to go on a vacation just to bring a console and play video games?
I am sure there is bound to be an example somebody can think of but frankly, I can't. I have never brought my 360 or PS3 anywhere so I doubt many others have taken them to cabins in the mountains and decided to fuck away the holiday by playing games.
