He also wrote the Blade Trilogy (even directed the last one so make of that what you will) and did the story for the first Black Ops which was...well...it exists I'll give him that. I'm sure the papers he turned in for that game felt, looked, and were the proper length that a script is supposed to be.
A 250GB PS3 with 4 AAA titles is a steal at $270. Sony could easily sell just the system for $200. They just haven't done that yet.

Having played and enjoyed the game, I can say that Medal of Honor Warfighter appears to only be guilty of not being Halo 4 or Black Ops 2. How can this game be better than the first one yet get worse review scores?
I brought up MW3 because Treyarch was always considered inferior to IW before MW2. Now that the IW talent is gone, everyone loves Treyarch CoDs. I don't hate Treyarch but they get too much credit for otherwise mediocre work.

This was an Activision decision. Treyarch has no final decision on this matter. If the maps were now free, that would be groundbreaking but this is just lip service.
And IW has been dead since MW2. The IW that made MW3 is a lifeless husk, a shadow if its former self.

If the console sales gap between 360 & PS3 is closing (which it is and has been for years), then the PS3 must obviously be outselling the 360 worldwide.
On the software side, momentum might be on MS side but don't forget Halo 4 is battling Black Ops 2 (which will outsell it easily). From the hardware side, MS's 7 year old (!) Xbox is competing with a brand new Nintendo console.

I kinda see their strategy. They are more worried about losing to MS now than Nintendo. They aren't worried about the EU region. They know they will take a hit in Japan because of the WiiU release but that still keeps them ahead of MS. With NA, the WiiU will be taking hardware sales from Sony & MS.
I think MS winds up in second this year even with Halo 4 coming out.

@Knight_Crawler When the Slim PS3 came out MS not only dropped price but they released a slimmer 360 the next year. A redesigned PS3 with a new color & bundled with games puts them in a better position this holiday to cut price whenever.

They are waiting for MS to make their move. Every time Sony drops price, MS follows suit and I'm sure MS won't be dropping price until after Halo 4, around the time the WiiU is released aka Thanksgiving in the US.
I can't comment on that haven't played a Metroid since Super Metroid so I don't know how much the property has changed.
