Sounds like someone is a little jealous...Stop hating!!!!
@below: true but do you think if someone posted a 30 min video with the title "here is a quick look at Grand Turismo" you would hear
this guy complain? I highly doubt it.
Halo has always been "behind the curve"(especially the graphics) and is the most overated game this generation. Don't get me wrong I like Halo, as a matter of fact I am in the middle (i think) of Reach right now, but this game is not as good as it is made out to be.
I personally think that people are confusing a great multiplayer with a great game. Its fun but just seems outdated to me.
I actually played it today and I like it. Glad I didn't pay to much attention to the reviews.
I played this game today at best buy and I liked it, so Im thinking about picking it up. Don't depend on these "game reviews"they are just one guys opinion, try it out for yourself and determine whether you like it or not.
I can agree with him about the buttons, I actually got a chance to play move at the sony store yesterday and I was surprised on how awkward the button placement/size/feel of the buttons on the move, maybe it's just something that I have to get used to. The trigger is freakin awesome though, it kinda feels like the button is gripping your finger (if that makes any sense).
The only game that they had available was sports champions (sword fighting). I don't know how the ...
I know this is kind of off topic but have you seen the video's with move being used for RE5? Maybe you can answer this, why in the hell are they using the trigger to aim and the "move button" to shot? I don't get it, wouldn't it make sense you use the trigger to shoot?
I wouldn't get the gold edition for that one reason alone.
I thought the update was supposed to be done in mid September.
Have you actually priced out a 3d tv or are you just going by what people say?
3dtv's are currently not much more expensive than a high end 3dtv. With that being said if you are not in the market for a new tv, then don't go out and buy one, but if you are looking for a new tv then it makes no sense not to buy a 3dtv, they are only about $200 more. I bought my 46" samsung 3dtv for $1200 bucks with a pair of glasses. So NO EXCUSES (if you are looking for a tv)
Ok you actually help prove my point. 2.5 hours is a long time to watch a movie (most movies are not that long). So to watch a normal movie (hour and a half) should not be a problem. 3d is not for everything, I personally would not want to watch "the price is right" in 3d, what is the point. Which it is an essential feature to be able to turn the 3d 0ff.
I do not think that time is the issue with people, I think it is the fact that wearing glasses for your tv in the ...
They kind of do work from all viewing angles, well at least my tv does(samsung 46" 750 model). Unless you are standing in an unrealistic viewing angle I can see the effect sitting anywhere in my living room.
Have you tried it out?? If not you should.
@Montrealien, if the 3d effect works in every possible angle that I can/would watch my tv, then I think that it is safe to say the the active shutter glasses tv works for all angles.
Every time someone says to me, "I don't wanna have to wear glasses to play 3d games or watch 3d movies its stupid" My response to them is, did you not watch Avatar in 3d? {yes} Well did it bother you then? {no} then stfu.
I think that they add to the game but not when they are over used like they were in Medal Gear 4.
Innovative but, yes the worse.
It is hilarious how the comments stopped, after the update was released. Seriously guys this is like the 3rd or 4th thing (i think) that has been said here on n4g about kinect that has proven not to be true. First "It doesn't read black people" debunked at e3, then you cant sit down and play it, debunked again the list goes on, and now this???
Aren't you starting to think that there is something fishy going on with the amount of kinect bashing articles that are...
You are missing a game, I remember like a year after I moved to Atlanta from L.A. one of the midnight club games had an Atlanta based level on it, I specifically remember driving the centennial olympic park.
Edit: ahh found it, it was Midnight Club 3: Dub edition.
Why cant I watch this video???
Actually I would say yes MK vs DC was hardcore. The only thing that made this game less popular was the fact that the fatalities sucked and it wasn't as much gore as the past mk games.
Whether you guys realize it or not the new mk game that is coming out has pretty much the same fight mechanics, combo system, damage over time system as MK vs DC, the only difference is the fact that the new one will be 2d and there will be more gore.
Think about it, if you...
Starting early huh???
I hope the gameplay isn't toooooo fast. Mortal Kombat was never a super fast game and that would ruin the experience for me (or at least make the gameplay speed adjustable). And I also hope that they don't have those 50 hit juggle combos (exageration) either. Leave that stuff to "Capcom vs Street fighter". I want the classic, gritty, realistic, bloody Mortal Kombat, with updated graphics. :o)
Where are you guys located? I don't have it yet.
