First of all if you want to call anything an eyetoy lite (or an eyetoy like cam) it would be the xbox live vision cam because it does motion like the eyetoy does, but you probably wouldn't know that.

I agree that Kinect is not for the "hardcore" gamer, but I disagree when you say "You call yourself a gamer and think this is great"? I have been gaming a little long than you have and I believe that I am a "true" gamer, the reason why is because I don't limit myself to one type of game (everything gets a fair shot) and if I don't like it (after I give it a shot) then so be it. To be quite honest I wouldn't really care if MS decided not to put out ano...
For a real unbiased review, why don't you play the damn thing yourself. I'm sure there will be a gamestop/gamestore by you where you can try it out.
Yes I agree it is accurate but again, not as accurate precise and lag free as people on this site claim it to be. IMO the only game that shows the best of what Move has to offer is Tumble, and even that has a little bit of delay when you try to move quickly.
I just wish folks would enjoy video games instead of trying to make a bias argument or fight over nothing. If you don't like the the game or motion control then don't buy it.

No matter how good Kinect gets, people on N4G are always going to find a way to hate. Truth is that they are afraid of Kinect. I have the Move (I like it) with all of the available games for it, and I can tell you first hand that it is not as accurate and precise as people on this site try to make it out to be, which is how I know people here are bias. Even though the graphics are better, and the tech is more advanced, it still FEELS like the Wii while using the motion plus.

If you guys are so skeptical about the game why not just rent it? Personally, even though the game is a little repetitive I really really like it. In fact this is the only Star Wars game that I have been able to get into. I generally lose interest in games, but I only put this one down when I have to (work, eat, etc).
Guess what Im trying to say is, I would have not been able to enjoy this game if I listened to reviews/reviewers which is why I don't pay them to much mind...

Yup well said, that is a good way to put it "following a script". Basketball games should be less of a linear experience and more like a fighting game. What I mean by this is, winning should be player skill based, it should feel predetermined.
oh and by the way Atlanta swept Boston 4-0 last season...lol
While this is one of the best basketball games, there are a few very very very frustrating problems with it. 1 being the cheating or clutch factor thing. It seems as though the game pre determines who is going to win the game or who should be winning the game. You will miss very easy shots/layups that you would normally make for a short period of time, which I believe is weird.
Winning the game should be based on how good you are not who SHOULD win for example if I am playing...
Besides Garden of Eden or Joy Ride what Kinect launch game do you people expect to be played while sitting down???? Why do the people on this site try so hard to put Kinect or anything Microsoft down? Just enjoy the freakin games and periphials for what they are (or not). The hatred is really uncalled for.

First time I'm seeing it.
I just got through playing the force unleashed demo on the 360 and yes you are going to enjoy it, it is freakin awesome. I don't really get into Star Wars games that much but I am definitely getting this one.
I hope this game does turn out to be 1:1 I bought the move believing that everygame would be 1:1 and that is clearly not the case, the only game that I saw that was even close to being 1:1 was the block building game and eyepet. Everything else has noticiable lag.
it also tracks your body in that fighting game as well.
I have the move too and it is not exactly "spot on" accurate. It is not exactly 1:1 like some claim it to be.
This game is so far from being released, wish I had a time machine ;o(
