I played Lair and in my book its a solid 8/10, people complained about the CONTROL, because, acutally, that was the ONLY thing to complain about. Visuals are great, you actually get Dizzy if you move around to much and your eyes starts playing tricks on you because there's so much beauty in the game.

I'm willing to be my ps3 along with 6 month salary that Microsoft wont even catch up to PS2 lifetime sales with 3 generations of consoles put together.
Take the first xbox + 360 + whatever is next from microsoft and you you have < PS2 total sales.

I don't think that MS forced Sony to come out with the ps3 like a lot of people speculated, because with the ps2 alone, even now, the ps2's install base surpasses that of the GameCube, the Wii, the Xbox, the 360 and the ps3 combined. so in truth, Sony could've waited a little longer in order to introduce the ps3 at a lower price point.
