You really think the PS360 is going to stay for a loooooong time? I have a feeling that when I'm on Windows 9 nobody will even speak of the PS360 anymore.
@Raiinstorm81: It's not a complex. I just try to convert as many of you as I can. Make you see the light of day.
Apparently the kid above me doesn't understand what golden_cannon said. It makes perfect sense. Kinect is all about casual gaming, and if it can intrigue even non-gamers then it's bound to end up successful.
Of course I don't expect the average N4Gtard to understand this until the sales numbers are out.
No publisher in their right mind would release a game on console that requires keyboard and mouse to be played properly.
After all, how many console owners actually have a keyboard and mouse hooked up?
Because I can play pretty much this entire library on my 64 bit machine. Your PS3 or 360 don't even have full support for PS2 or Xbox1 games.
So unless you like to clutter up your home with a dozen different consoles, you're stuck with however much free backwards compatibility Sony et al allow you to have.
Sure, PS3Kids. Sure.
Uh-huh, and the noise reduction in cheap point & shoot digital cameras is like a 16 megapixel DSLR. No really. I swear.
I know of another great method to do anti-aliasing on an entire frame. It's called gaussian blur. Works really well at killing all types of aliasing.
Of course MLAA is a slight bit smarter than that, but it still removes detail because it has to guess which sections need smoothing. And then the smoothing itself is nothing but a localized blur (averaging the surrounding pixels).
Disagree all you want, even AMD's own comparison shows clearly how blurry ...
On a half-decent system this will whoop GT butt, no doubt.

MLAA is crap, it's nothing more than a post process filter. Of course the performance hit is tiny.
Except GTA being on 360 didn't make the game any worse for PS3 owners.
The map size is mainly down to memory limitations. Even with worse graphics, 256 MB of system memory wouldn't allow for more epic battles.
Will there be 64 player matches, or better 64 vs. 64?
Will there be big maps, Battlefield 2 style?
The game WILL be released on consoles, and I would be VERY surprised if the consolization didn't leave a big, fat ugly mark on the PC version.
It is ranked number 66

95% of people who have used it? Are we pulling stats out of our behind?
Do you think a huge company randomly drops this kind of money on a product without extensive market research?
**Gamespot**: "Crysis is [...] packed with intelligent, thrilling gameplay, and easily one of the greatest shooters ever made. [...] Quite simply, Crysis represents the first-person shooter at its finest, most evolved form."
**PC Gamer**: "Crysis is a creative and technological marvel that eclipses every other shooter released this year."
**Gamecritics**: "Crysis [...] is the pinnacle of next-generation gameplay and will be remembered...
Underwhelming to say the least. If the first Crysis wasn't so awesome I wouldn't care at all about Crysis 2. As it is, I still have a little bit of hope that it may not completely suck.
I don't know what lmgtfy means, but thanks for the sources.
Posters on N4G claim all kinds of random crap which they usually don't back up because they can't.
Edit: Alright, I just googled what lmgtfy means. Quite ironic, but then again why would I waste my time looking for sources when that's the job of whoever made a claim.
Do you play tennis with a golf club?
Do you operate a screw with a pitchfork?
Do you cut your steak with a spoon?
Kinect is not made for Call of Duty. Different tools for different jobs. Different controllers for different games. It's not that hard to figure out.
Don't worry, R2D2. A lot of people on here will eat their words soon.
One needs to be quite naive to think Kinect will be a commercial failure. Within 4 months it will outsell Move by 4:1 or more. Feel free to quote this post in February. I will.
Move doesn't seem to target casual gamers as much. Move is used a lot in "regular" games and seems to want to be an alternative control unit for those who already own a Playstation.
Kinect is completely different. It doesn't even try to target existing core gamers. Instead, it essentially wants to capture the same audience that went crazy about Wii. And Kinect is different enough that this strategy will probably work.
