Too late, the damage controllers have already disagreed with you.
There aren't very many reviews with low scores. But unsurprisingly, they are the ones which have by far the most comments.
Fanboy selection bias.
To me Crysis 2 and Killzone 3 both look equally mediocre.
I never understood the craze about Killzone graphics anyway. Killzone 3 seems to have improved textures over the blurry mess that was Killzone 2, but it doesn't exactly wow me.
It's hilarious how you can get disagrees on this site even if everything you say is factual, backed up by sources.
Is that what they all are saying?

So many butthurt $ony people everywhere, it's annoying.
Wow, I just watched a Youtube video that shows some of the weapons in Mirror's Edge, and I can now say:
I NEVER USED A WEAPON when I played through this game because for some reason I wasn't aware you could.
I'm not sure how embarassing this is, but seriously, I had a heck of a lot of fun playing this game and running away from the enemies.
I seriously don't remember you could shoot in Mirror's Edge. I always evaded all enemies because that seemed to be the right thing to do.
"It seems as though Microsoft has not made enough units available to retailers, meaning numbers were low to start."
So how do you deduct "low numbers" from the fact that there aren't enough units?
If 20 people want it, but there are only 15 units --> "not enough units"
If 2,000,000 people want it, but there are "only" 1,500,000 units --> "not enough units"
It does not do skeletal mapping. The background is static, so any motion against the background is registered.
But it's just that: motion. The software has no clue of what's in motion. Could be a human arm, could be a potato on a stick.
Everything he wrote makes perfect sense.
A software that knows where every limb is in 3d space has much better potential for augmented reality type games than a software that only registers motion of a silhouette against the static background.
"Why did I get 2 disagrees?"
Explanation:
You said that your TV speakers are better than a dedicated SONY product. Better than SONY! Unthinkable! (Note how, unlike the common M$ or Micro$oft, it's never spelled $ONY).
"If Kinect is your first stab at gaming and there are four exercise titles to choose from,. how do you know which to get? Now you have to do research, which can be intimidating."
I disagree with IGN's reasoning. Just because there is a choice of games doesn't mean casual gamers will do research. They'll pick whichever game has the nicest cover art or throw a coin or whatever.
Choice of games will not stop them from buying the system.
Here's a hint: just because new cards come out all the time doesn't mean you have to buy them.
In fact, all of these high end cards only make sense if you run multi monitor setups. You just can't bring them to their limits at a puny 1920x1080.
The 6970 would need a substantial tesselation improvement in order to keep up with the supposed performance of the 580.

Looking at Metro, Stonegiant and Heaven, the 580 is between 1.8 times and 2.4 times as fast as the 5870.
Slightly is a bit of an understatement (look at the 5th picture), especially considering that these shots are downscaled from 720p.
I'm not sure what's going on there, but the PS3 version is either lower res or uses some sort of blur filter instead of proper anti aliasing.
It's funny how on N4G you need to state in the first sentence that you don't defend Kinect, in order to prevent 140 rabid disagrees.
There's a significant difference: playing this game with a regular controller would be boring as hell. The fun comes from getting involved and physically jumping etc.
I totally agree. I'm currently playing Cthulhu, and it's pretty creepy indeed.
Amnesia is the only game ever that I have not been able to play myself. Am watching a playthrough on Youtube instead. Darn, this thing is scary.
