Same here. It's been awesome for me. Finally playing demons souls and beating it for the first time, exploring the world of returnal and it's alien like atmosphere, playing ratchet and clank and now a myriad of other games I hadn't gotten to play last gen but with several upgrades from the PS4 pro or ps5 updates. So far with all the games coming out and then playing considerably better on PS5 I feel like I'm already into the current gen of gaming. Dual sense alone is a next ge...
Xbox series advantage isn't an advantage over the PS5. Ps extra is cheaper and if you pay for online on Xbox then ps premium is cheaper than gamepass ultimate.
As far as the argument of value. Exclusives day 1 is great once you get good high quality exclusives. Ps extra is the same or better one very department as we know they'll deliver high quality exclusives and currently have higher rated games on their service.

Well to be honest you get more of your money's worth with a console right now. Your argument should have been focused on all games coming out on PC in the future not emulation as that isn't really very trustworthy and does require deeper knowledge. You also missed the primary issue of PC gaming. Every setup is a bit different and many times you experience issues you shouldn't be while gaming. Returnal is an incredible game. So is rift apart and demons souls remake. The rest play considerably better on next gen systems. It is worth it if you can afford one.
So I find this type of thinking odd. Has PlayStation not been delivering awesome single player experiences? Have they not been giving high quality AAA titles to their fan base? Well ...I didn't want to say it but I agree. Makes you wonder why Microsoft gave them the IP and didn't keep Bungie or any of the talent they acquired from any studio.
Halo is dead. Microsoft has other shooter franchises it cares more about now. 343 are no longer Xbox golden studio. They are likely to shift things around or even close it all together and give the IP to someone else.
343i decided to pummel the IP into the ground...and when they see it didn't quite look like Glenn's face they decided to just keep on pummeling. Not sure if Glenn is the IP or the fanbase in this case though.

Yeah kinda. But look at the time frame and look at the platform. Half alyx is VR only. And it's a hell of a VR game too. Hope it releases on psvr2
I think it's funny that valve is viewed as greedy because of steam and yet they don't want to continue a franchise that would make them a boat load of money.

Regardless his points stands. Financial investment increases the likelihood of sticking around a game longer. Normal statistics at work here.
