Know what I want? I want a new Battle Arena Toshinden, More Odd World with Munch (not the stranger) and Jumping Flash.
i'm not on the same page as any of the 9+ out of 10 reviews yet... At this early stage, I'd give it a 7..maybe an 8.
If you're going to disagree with me, please - do us all a favor and elaborate as to why you disagree. Most of you still haven't even played it so how can you disagree? Just make a statement calling out what you think you know or what you think I don't know.
For the record, I am only 3ish hours into the story and that's m...
MAG is a highly requested game to get a sequel? Really?!?
I was supremely jacked up for MAG when it came out and found it to be a flaming dog turd with little to no team cooperation and cowboys running off to do their own thing resulting in garbage results.
RIP MAG - You had potential but gamers just aren't ready to collaborate as a collective on such a large scale yet. Maybe in another 10yrs...but...probably not.
Big deal. Suck it up buttercup. You allowed your kid access to a product that had your credit card information. what do you expect? Don't be such a freaking knucklehead.
That's the exact feeling I was getting from the video. Looks just like Minecraft would if it didn't look so crappy. Doesn't appeal to me in any way shape or form at the moment but i'll stay tuned to see how it comes along. It looked to me like it's still in very early alpha stages.
Can't tell if it's fake or not but the potential is there. The softer lines kinda say that they're going...either more mature and less BAM in your face or maybe more family friendly. At any rate, I neither hate it nor do I love it.
Personally I could care less about the logo - I just want to see what the system can do for me from a gaming and entertainment point of view.
I think that is a pretty neat concept. I doubt it would work that great but still pretty neat.
I'm not. that's the problem. I cant even put my Wii U on top of that behemoth.
***facepalm***
Conspiracy Theorists getting approved articles here now? Come on guys.
Perhaps one is in and the other is out to bring us the long fabled PVR functionality that Sony talked about once upon a time?
There are some negative things to say about that idea but, you have to admire a) the simplicity and b) the ease at which something like that would integrate into an existing home theater setting. The Ps3 is awful for it's actual design. you can't stack anything on top of it. There's only so much shelf space one can have.
Can't see why we shouldn't. I know a chick in the military and she's not only hot but tough as nails and could very likely beat the snot out of most guys I know.
I say go for it.
Sim city is a great game. Its insanely fun, plays well and looks good. The DRM has been a seriously poorly calculated decision as I've lost hours of play due ton the city "not processing right. We will bring you to the main menu to try and fix it" only yo have it revert to a day earlier in play time on more than 2 or 3 occasions. Is more than. A little frustrating. Plus who care about online play anyhow? I can't find a game to join to save my bloody soul. Broken broken broke...
No farther than any other game with kill scenes. Now...Time to move along mainstream media. You've beaten that crap out of that dead horse since last summer.
WHat I'd really like to know is what does this mean for Valve games on consoles like Xbox/PS in the next few years. Are we shit out of luck because that would be a terrible shame to see Left 4 Dead 3 (if they ever make it) not on the Xbox. That title is still in my system all this time after the original release.
I'm also looking at it as the Xbox idea to make it the center of your home entertainment theater. Kinda hard to make it all things to people without the standard Hi Def format available.
I'm calling donkey crap on the statement that the system won't have BluRay. If they don't have bluray capabilities, then devs are restricted with disc capacity, which is something they're all bitching about now and we all know that the idea of having a game that spans 2+ discs isn't something we, as gamers are going to be happy with.
Valve makes some great games. No question about it. COunterstrike is crazy fun after a very VERY long time people still talk about it and play the game, Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 are in my xbox every weekend. Why? They made an incredibly fun game but they're games are buggier than a prostitute with herpes and they kinda just give up on games too early.
I like Valve's games, but I call Aholes far more often than i do EA.
The new Molyneux...So he's going to be a loudmouth who promises things of grandeur and disappoints repeatedly? Well he's part way there already so I guess that's a valid statement.
The story yes, is intriguing.
The graphics are stunning and they make me question the need for upgraded systems but, the combat feels...off for me somehow (unbalanced even?). I can't quite put my finger on it. Also, I find the controls to be either too stiff or too sensitive no matter how much I tweak it.
Further to that point, maybe it has something to do with my experiences with Bioshock 1 and 2. Neither game interested me and I didn't particularly ...
