I love the series and want to see how this particular chapter ends, then of course we get the prequels and things, but I'm super excited to see how this one goes. It does look better the Gears 2 though, which is amazing.
Gears 1 was the reason I went with Xbox 360 in the first place. Now with Gears 3 coming there has been plenty of good times with that decision. Gears 3 looks amazing and I'm glad were seeing more colors in the game. I cant wait to see how it ends!

Microsoft is having 2 press Conferences, Sony just the one. One of Microsoft's is dedicated solely to Natal. I cant wait to see that. Also when a 360 slim is announced and bundled with Natal for like $250 I think that in itself is going to be the biggest announcement at E3.

*Yawn* I don't buy Madden or EA Sports games since they bought the NFL License. On a second note, I played the Backbreaker demo and hated the pass mechanic. Using the analog stick to pass is odd and the camera angle when your on offense is terrible. On defense you can tackle your own teammates and you don't switch to the nearest player to the ball, so you can get lost pretty quick with whats going on.
We need the 2K series back but with the real players.
The most frustrating thing for me this generation was when I got COD waw on the PS3 and the lag was unbearable. So I'm going to go with laggy online on the pS3. Luckily the 360 was there in the clinch, made the game much, much more enjoyable.

Not only is Alan Wake the best looking 360 game to date, it's the best looking game this generation on any console IMO.

Metal Gear Solid 2 was the best selling in the series, so some people must have enjoyed it. I know I did, and instead of getting mad for not playing as Snake, I was happy to play as a new character. MGSR looks like it could be good. They could take the game back to it's roots a bit. Make up for the mistakes in MGS4. Of course I am looking forward to it on the 360. Though the big rumor is a MGS game made by Kojima that works with Natal.
Not impressed in the least. I am thinking Sony pretty much has tipped it's hand for E3 and thus will lose the event. They are trying to take hype from MS but are really failing at it. Well even early on in the Splinter Cell Conviction production they said it was a 360 exclusive. So I don't think it's going to come out on the PS3. Originally the Splinter Cell series was only on the Xbox and then they started to water them down by putting them on the PS2 as well. I kind of lost interest. The PSP2 is probably going to be announced, Sony will want to fight the new 3DS right away. Star Wars Battlefront 3 is probably going to be announced too, in my opinion it's now or never for that game. As for PSN charging, of course that is true, Sony is losing money and it's a great way to make up for it's losses.

Microsoft doesn't really need a mascot, they offer something's the other companies don't have and that is great online and voice chat. Also a ton of exclusives. I guess they could have gotten some failed Hollywood actor to be "funny" and appeal to the Americans but since Xbox 360 is an American item it does that on it's own. 25 million in the States says a lot.
I am looking forward to Crackdown 2, even though they aren't exactly "Summer games" I am really looking forward to Ninety Nine Nights 2 and Halo Reach and Fable 3 as well.
