We all knew it wasn't real footage. Sony didn't have anything "Real" to show off at that E3. The game in the end, even years later never lived up to that CGI trailer or whatever. I think they got a lot of hype, but the game just wasn't anything special. The graphics were okay, but things were rather bland for environments.

Actually Sony has been LOSING money like crazy, yeah they saw an increase in sales with the slim PS3, the same increase XBox 360 will see when they release their this year. Overall though, Microsoft actually makes money, while Sony still losses money. Sony is the only company that losses money of the big three.

Even COD WAW sold like 10 million or something. I think the fact that MW2 was lackluster that COD fans are going to give Black Ops a real chance. I love the look of it, the new animations look amazing. More modern guns are helpful and the bow looks promising. I actually preferred WAW's party system, you could add people to your party in a game and you could choose to search for games in your region, meaning less lag etc...

3-D is such a fad, always has been. I will never use glasses to watch television or play a game. What about people that already wear glasses?
It's a nice stopgap I guess, but the average person wont want it, let alone the average gamer.
Also, Sony has failed in the past, The PSP Go, The Hard drive on the PS2, the Eye toy etc.. So not everything they promote turns to gold. I am thinking this is one of those rare things that fails.
Well it's all opinion, no matter how idiotic. I don't know one person who buys a game because it rated well, point in fact is that companies often pay or bribe reviewers. Maybe they get an inside tip or a chance to play the game first or whatever. I take little stock in this, I mean this article isn't going to change a person who prefers the 360 exclusives, he isn't going to suddenly say "Wow, this guy says I like the wrong exclusives!"

Considering the top selling PS3 game has sold only half that, I kind of doubt it. Hopefully something that used to be a Sony exclusive and is now going to the 360 as well!
I'm in my 20's and am not ashamed to admit I'm a gamer. I grew up gaming and It's not something you grow out of in my opinion. In actuality the average gamers age is 35, and the industry goes after the 18-35 year old market the most. Nobody under 17 should be playing Halo, COD, God Of War, Gears etc... They are rated M for a reason.
More people played the Halo Reach beta then play all the PS3 games online combined!
sub HD? COD4 and COD MW2 were built on 360 dev kits and then ported to the ps3 and at a loss of frame rate might I add. Alan Wake and ODST run at 720 which is the same as Killzone 2
The camera was awful and the throw mechanic was terrible. Also you tend to get lost and out of the action easily.
Actually this list hit the nail on the head for me. When I saw Gears of War on G4 television I knew I wanted that console and game. I'm looking forward to see what Nintendo and Microsoft have to say. I'm VERY interested in the Natal only show. I want to see what it can do and what games are being made for it. Sony pretty much had their stuff come out before E3, just like last year with the Slim PS3 and PSP GO. I want to see the Xbox 360 slim and natal Bundled together for $250. That would make my year!
