I've been disappointed with DC since day 1. It looks great, but way too difficult to be competitive with a standard controller. At least Project Cars gives you the option of a driving line, a highly adjustable difficulty setting, and a lot more tracks. If they would just add a driving line option & adjustable difficulty to DC, it would be halfway decent. As it stands today, not really worth playing for me.

Someone manufacturing a crisis to get people hysterical and buy his book - give me a break.

I'm expecting the course maker to hit GT6 later this spring or sometime this summer. And contrary to what this article claims, I'm actually expecting GT7 to hit shelves this fall. Kaz has already talked about how much easier PS4 is to develop on. The sooner, the better. GT is my favorite racing series by far.

PSTV could really be a great all in one entertainment device if Sony would just give it halfway decent support. According to their own compatibility list and the PS store, Gran Turismo PSP is supposed to be compatible. But when you try to download it onto PSTV, the store gives an error message that the game isn't compatible!?

Besides the spotty game support, you can also surf the web, stream videos and play personal media, although getting media onto the unit is cumbers...

For the games that do run on it, it works well. But ticked off that Sony's own compatibility list says Gran Turismo PSP is compatible, but when you try to download, the PS store then says it isn't - even with the game being listed in the PSTV compatible section of the store! Other than that, plays back local media well and is also ok for web surfing and streaming video. The rest of the world gets a app to stream media from your network - why not here in the U.S.?

The latest mobile chips are already matching low-end PCs, so it's likely phones, tablets and Android & iOS set-top boxes will be able to match or surpass the PS4 and XB1 within a few years.

You've been hearing this about tablets for the past 5 years? The iPad wasn't introduced until 2010, so you've been hearing this since the day the iPad was announced? Really?

Any and all old arcade (and non-arcade) driving/racing games please!

Needs selectable difficulty settings, the option of a driving line, and the option of stickier tires would be nice.

Um, no. Next question?

Right now, I would give DC 6/10. Give us selectable difficulty settings, the option of a driving line and the option of stickier tires, and I would likely give it a full 10. Until then, I'll keep enjoying The Crew.

I'm not seeing anything worthwhile from them.

Can't exploring be enough of a point by itself?

They destroy everything they touch - I'll pass.

For me, I think I'll be spending most of my time with The Crew and No Man's Sky.

That's basically my point though. For the relatively few who want to commit and persevere to be among the best, by all means, have a difficult setting for those that want a difficult or significant challenge. Most people that game (whether hardcore or casual) aren't looking for a difficult challenge. Most of us just want to have fun and relax. We don't want a game to become another job.

Ultimately, it needs selectable difficulty levels so everyone can enjoy the game. And driving line options. Especially during the campaign mode where so many of the events are so dark, you really can't see where you're going or are supposed to go. It's a gorgeous game, but really inaccessible to most of us right now.

On a happier note, I'm loving The Crew. I've beaten most of the challenges and missions, and will spend the rest of 2015 exploring and cr...

Exactly right.

Couldn't disagree more. Ultimately, it needs selectable difficulty levels so everyone can enjoy the game. To only make it playable for a small handful of only the most hardcore gamers is a quick way to alienate the gaming public at large and destroy your financial viability. By all means, have a level of difficulty equal to the current difficulty, but give us a lot of other levels as well.
