Digital is the future. The next Apple TV will likely play games as well - with no physical media required.
These missing items deterred me from upgrading from my old PSP. Coulda been a contender!
This is what I'm waiting for - that's what I paid for my 360.
Looking forward to GT7 & Sébastian Loeb Rally Evo.
I would love it if PS4 were b/c. There are at least a couple of PS3 titles I would like to try but can't since my PS3 died and not really interested in buying another at this point.
I think Kaz already said in an interview that it would be out before 2017.
Tokyo is their hometown, so it's very likely. It isn't all about sales.
Although it would have been nice to see an announcement at E3, it may still have it's own separate announcement event later this year or at one of the other upcoming shows in Germany, Paris or Tokyo.
It's going to take awhile to develop, so the sooner they start work on it, the better. So far, it's my favorite racing title of this generation.
It looked great before, and even better now. The other racing franchises have a lot to live up to.
DriveClub looks great, but without an adjustable difficulty setting or an optional driving line, to me it's not worth the effort.
I enjoyed Forza 3 and 4, although the AI tends to be a little too aggressive for my taste (almost feels a bit more like bumper cars than racing at times).
Gran Turismo has been my all-time favorite and looking forward to GT7.
Have enjoyed Project Cars a lot, but they do have at least a few glitches still to iro...
I wouldn't be surprised if it came out this fall. They've already been working on it for awhile, and they've mentioned how much easier it is to develop on the PS4. Having fun with Project Cars for now.
Project Cars FTW
The game is more frustrating than fun

The default controller settings are seriously messed up. Luckily for me, I saw LittleByrdEee's review on Amazon which listed the correct controller settings. Made all the difference in the world.

If you don't want to Google GT Planet for the controller settings, reviewer LittleByrdEee's review of the PS4 version of the game on Amazon has the correct controller settings. The default controller settings are seriously messed up. Changing the settings makes all the difference.
Two items that Project Cars has that Driveclub needs: the option of a driving line and variable difficulty setting.
Digital games are often very cheap. HDDs are cheap - and a single HDD will be fine for most. Just because you buy a game doesn't mean you're going to play it forever. If someone starts to get low on free space, they can always delete older games they're no longer playing. DD allows a lot of smaller independents to release games that would never make it to traditional retail channels. It's faster and simpler - I don't have to go out to a store or wait for a delivery. ...
