I seem to recall a lot of coverage on this site of MS' massive RRoD write-off in July 2007. Also, any time the profitability (or occasional lack thereof) of MS' entertainment division comes out, it's always posted here.

Well, they've been through rough patches like this before. They're one of the few companies (along with MS and Nintendo) with the resources to weather the economic downturn.
I think this does explain the lack of a PS3 price cut, though. Maybe next year.

Don't want 'em? Trade them in. My free copy of Forza/Marvel from last Christmas fetched me $25 in trade at a local store. Put it towards Mass Effect.
Well, that's actually not that big of a deal...MS has added Kung-Fu Panda and Lego Indy to ALL 360 Pro and Elite bundles, standard, regardless of where you buy them. (The Arcade gets Sega Superstar Tennis and five arcade games).
So that part's free as it is.
But the GH3 bundle for $50, when it's usually $90-$100...that's a good buy.
...for now.
Both look AAA so far.
But both are still unfinished, so we'll see.

This is getting OLD.
They should lock user ratings for a while, and then only allow those who register with the site to vote. That way, if anyone starts consistently voting negatively on all PS3/360 games, they'll get banned.
The idiots who are doing this--on BOTH sides--need to spend the time they're taking to sabotage those ratings and go play some GAMES.
