Maria, even when you do get numbers right on Specs, what you DON'T get is how they are actually used and implemented, and how that actually translates to games...Sony fell into this exact same issue last gen, the Specs looked amazing on paper, but never really amounted to more in games. So far the biggest proof that your argument means nothing is that we can actually seem games running on the systems..and so far PS4 is getting stomped..and this is without cloud computing, and XB1 general...

Very well, you don't have to get one, and I don't think it's worth while to try and force someone who doesn't want one to get one. However, I fail to see anything that MS has done that no other company would do/has done...everything MS did, Sony has done as well to a similar degree. I think no one is confused enough to think that XB1 will take the lead straight out of the gate...there are still enough people out there that don't know everything and some that ever still think that XB1 has a DRM/No Used Games Policy (not to mention that most people never fully understood this to begin with...and still don't). Nope. It would be ignorant for anyone to even try to argue at this point that MS can't rebound from it's rocky start. No I know that the Far Cry series doesnt use cry engines anymore, it uses the Dunia, but still very similar...I'm not a developer or anything, so I'm sure they have their reasons...but seeing how detailed and smooth they can make Crysis 3 look, shows me that it's capable of a lot...and I'm PRETTY sure Crysis 3 was the first cry engine 3 game out...so it can only get better from there...plus with the extra power on PS4 and XB1 I'm sure it'll be MUCH more impressive...I ...

Build a system that actually caters to gamers, not just CLAIM that it does. Is MS went out of business Sony would hit a stalemate because their creative department would be gone.
Xbox fans don't NEED gimmicks either, but are willing to accept innovation and look for more and exciting ways to enjoy gaming while retaining what still works...NO ONE has said that XB1 is getting rid of things that make games fun..it's not one or the other...it's both innovation and keeping the proven
You're right, they need better gameplay...great story telling in Last of Us, but that's ALL it had. Thanks for making this point. Keep in mind when Xbox released they got crap from Sony fans for requiring broadband connection to play online, then when they introduced the idea of achievements, streaming video and cross game chat Sony fanboys complained about all of this saying it was a huge mistake and wouldn't last, and that Sony gamers didn't need gimmicks to enjoy games......
