Its Stand by mode....they actually wrote that down several times, I'm surprised you didn't catch that. Then again, it would be considered a fact, and that is kryptonite to PS fanboys. The government doesn't need an XB1 to spy on anyone, and of all the ways they have to spy on someone, using an Xbox would be close to the last resort. However, I have heard that stand by mode on the PS4 will be called "Slightly Less Hackable" so that's great news for PS owners right...

Wow, great job respecting my opinion, both games are launch games and equally far along...the difference is that the gameplay video from BF4 is older..and most of it is MP which takes much more to process...KZ had every advantage to look better...it was all single player, most of the walk-in was prescripted and it's running in 25-30fps which allows for the processing power to go to other things...there are NO excuses for KZ in this case no matter what you try to say. exactly...this is clearly fanboyish....15 is not that much fewer than 20 in the first year...esp considering out of the ones that have been announced so far...the quality is clearly in XB1 favor...not to mention it seems a good chunk of PS4 exclusives are indie games like octadad or games like knack. Good point, maybe I'm just jaded on the Killzone Series, I remember it being one of the main reasons that I got a PS3, then just being extremely disappointed with the gameplay and AI.
