have fun with that open gl then...whether the XB1 uses the available and exclusive DX 11/11.1/11.2 their drivers are much better than the Open GL PS4 will use. YES, I know it was mentioned back in March that PS4 would utilize DX 11...for blu-ray play functionality....but for games it's always been Open GL....but since you think it's a waste of time and worthless to use these drivers that every developer loves...don't worry, it won't be a problem ...

This actually sounds like a great use of the Kinect...I like the Kinect for the soft features, but don't really play games with it...but I have to admit this one sounds cool. Boxing against friends in real time with real wounds showing up in real time...sounds promising. I'm interested to see it in action now.

True it was all prescripted, poly counts in tech demos are ALWAYS tons higher. Pulling the Dark Sorcerer tech demo excuse out just looks scared and desperate. If your thing is watching a tech demo over and over that's great, but I prefer games that I can play.
Be careful with this one...it's very vague, it could be just a tech demo or something of that sort. Not to mention that as we see Ryse is a game that is incorporating destruction and such...if you don't do that to the level that Crytek did, then you can free things up to make higher poly-counts. These characters are that high poly count in game...not cutscene only. However, more important than all of this...Ryse at 150k looks amazing, wasting time to create a 1 mil poly count chara...
