But you would still have to. The game only came with like 2 characters. And there is not a single person out there that would only want two characters in a fighting game.
At $5 a pop for each character it was a kind of a joke.
They didn't do that to give people an option. They did it because the business model would make them more money than selling everything for $60.
As long as they aren't doing the free to play crap again and making you spend $5 for each character......
Oh, and the $6000 of DLC.
Where have you been? There's pretty much a constant stream of anti-x articles all year long.
It's going to be fine.
It's going to be great.
The colors do look a bit weird.
But World's Finest is a series about Superman AND Batman. This would hint that it would be a team-up game.
I get that you travel and buy digital. But if you REALLY wanted to get all those extra goodies, why on earth would you need to buy two copies of the game?
You could always just buy it physical. I'm sure where ever you are traveling you have enough room to bring the physical game too. Why would you buy it digitally also for the very few ultimate editions of games I'm sure you buy.
@ RosweeSon
Really? So because their game is good, that means they can try to screw us with content that is locked behind paywalls?
It means it's okay for them to release multiple editions with extra clothes and horses?
It means they can sell an ultimate edition that doesn't even come with a copy of the game itself?
Wake up man.
Its total BS. If this were EA or Activision then people would be having their heads right now.
But because its Rockstar people seem to be somewhat okay with it and still willing to buy the game.
There's another really important factor here that isn't necessarily console related.
When two similar games release around the same time and become popular for defining a new style of game, its inevitable that people will eventually choose one and flock to it, leaving the other one to flounder.
We just saw this same exact thing happen with Overwatch and Battleborn. And that had absolutely nothing to do with what consoles they were on. Both Overwat...
Yes there certainly would.
"Sheep"
People like you are why others (or even members of the community) call the video game community toxic.
People are just playing what they enjoy. If they didn't get actual enjoyment out of it they wouldn't be wasting their time, they would doing, or playing something else. They aren't playing them because that's what the crowd is playing. Hell, God of War is a perfect example. Clearly you don't deem people that play tha...
RE7 is a great RE game. Literally the only difference from the originals is its first person instead of 3rd.
And no zombies. But Resident Evil games were never about zombies. Anyone that thinks that is missing the entire point. It was always about Bio-Weapons....in the form of mutated monsters. The zombies were just the very first form of their experimenting. And let's be honest, in all the original RE games the zombies became nothing more than something to run right pa...
Get ready for people's hate comments lol.
You are of course 100% right though.
The way I see it is that when I finish a game I rarely go back and play it again. So rather than have it sitting on my shelf I might as well go trade it in towards another game. The alternative is trying to sell it on eBay, which could take time. Why deal with that when I can just go 10 minutes up the road and do what I want to do with it now?
And if I do...
1. RE7 is the furthest thing from garage. Yes its first person. But it's the closest thing to the originals than we've gotten since RE4 came out. It's hardly FPS garbage. You rarely have enough ammo to fend off enemies and it has all the tropes from old school RE games.
2. Don't know much about SF Anniversary. I played those games enough when I was in my teens. Inhave no interest in them now.
3. Mega Man 11 is supposed to look low budget. ...
"$60 at launch for an online MP only game and that still didn't get you everything."
That's even still an understatement! Didn't this game have the most DLC content being sold at launch that just about every other game we had ever seen up to that point? I remember it being a huge deal how little the $60 actually got you when compared with all the extra content for sale at launch.
The game could have been really cool. They just royall...
I only started playing Elder Scrolls with Oblivion, which I liked a lot more. Skyrim was much prettier. But Oblivion was just really cool.
Having said that, no game wants to be known as "not the worst". Lol
Oh.....nice. Thank you. I wasn't expecting that response. Now I feel bad.
Lol yeah. 27k for 114 ships.
And people get mad about having to pay for DLC content in most normal games hahahahaha. This isn't even out yet. It's a buggy mess that barely works from multiple accounts. And yet they are charging 10's of thousands of dollars for more ships when they don't even have the basics working properly lol.
Sounds like they have a hard time understanding how priorities work.
I can just picture thes...
They haven't mentioned it, but I think it makes perfect sense. They've been alternating between Injustice and MK games. Its MK's turn now.
I just hope the roster is better than the last one. I liked the game quite a bit, but it was always going to be tough following up the roster from MK9, which might have been the best roster of any fighting game in history.
