i have to agree, assuming you mean best MMORPG. I got it the other day and have really enjoyed it. It's definitely the next step beyond wow (which, btw, you couldn't say about SWTOR).
It's not perfect, but it's pretty great.
I'm not an Uncharted fan (own and played them all), but i'm definitely impressed with what i've seen from this game so far.

you aren't negating my argument. you can say "i predict it will be goty on many websites and magazines."
it doesn't surprise me someone would say exactly what you said. but, you're wrong. just because it turns out to be true later does not make it true now. goty is an opinion based on your experience. you have to have played the game to call it goty.

adding the word "my" is irrelevant because GOTY is already an opinion. GOTY means that of all the games you've played this year, it is the best. It just sounds kinda fanboy-ish to declare a game you haven't fully experienced the best game of the year...even if there is a good chance it will be true.
anyway, not trying to make this into an argument. i think most of us agree the game looks fantastic. i've already scheduled a week off work starting Nov 6...
i don't think you can say GOTY for a game you haven't played. especially since there are quite a few promising games yet to come this year.
having said that, i haven't been this excited for a game in a long time.
My point is that MS, being a successful business, learns lessons from their mistakes. The fact that they went through such a major issue and had to pay back over a billion dollars should indicate to you that they will do everything to avoid that mistake again. Chances are they will build the most reliable system in the next generation so that they can get away from the stigma attached to the 360.

I bought the first AC for PC. the ONLY way i could get it to play with a smooth frame rate was to disconnect my computer from the internet. Never bought another Ubisoft game. Never pirated one either.
