Well, this was actually worth logging in to comment. Credit where credit is due and all that..
Meh, at first sight i had hoped to see some new "blue" info on multithreading. I blame myself for not reading the description. anyway, whatever the reason i clicked, it was a good read...
Ill be getting a new pc around christmas, and now i know where to ask for advice ;]
Man, that's really annoying! Why is my standard set to "Open Zone"? I'm no "fanboy" that's preferring one particular media! =(
Edit:
Ok, now I fixed the setting. Interesting, you get a full set of comments in each zone per news article? Wow!
I would be SO glad if we indeed get a map editor before launch! Like the spore creature creator!
Also, man, must be a lot of time the devs spend on interviews!
I'm interested in SC2, but not overly bothered. I can wait =)
Really?, seemed kind of long =P Sometimes it's nice to have the Karune batches only once in a while and short...
Oh, who am I kidding, Blizzard games are interesting *reading*
Kalos - I think sometimes it just takes a while. Seems a bit random.
Yeah, as Blizzard usually under-spec, you'll probably be fine for D3 as well. think majority of people with PC game interest will be able to play with none, or minor upgrades when it's finally released.
"Kalos", is that the same guy mentioned in the news item that resides at worldofwar.net?
Yeah, it could have been a lot worse. But that is blizzard for you. They do try to make sure most people can play their games, and even if whatever PCs they had at BlizzCon might be overpowered doesn't mean that the game will require such PCs.
I'll need to make some upgrades myself. Have a good Motherboard, but both Processor and Graphics card are slightly outdated.
What do you think of the rumour that they should be the same engine? So they are both using Havok (SC2 and D3)?
I'm very curious on how that pet will look, tbh.
Hehe, and the man manages to get a Ghostbusters reference in! =)
Nah, I think it could be cool tbh.. Like those tanks wowplayers can use..
Hehe, indeed ;)
Or perhaps she isa Diablo fan as well? Tyrael as name then I guess ;)
Well, I'm not too alien about a new franchise. It might be somethign really cool tbh.
That is definitely a good question. I do indeed think that there might be a possibility for it, with the Activision merger and all...
I wonder if they would be in the same network though, or a separate one for consoles, or even separate for different consoles. If Diablo 3 comes to other medium than PC, I assume they go all the way, and adapt to PS3, Xbox360 and Wii.
The EU Blizzard site is down at the moment, but basically, it's the "World Wide Invitational" by Blizzard, that they have held once every year for a few years. Only it was in Korea, and only SC/War3 tournaments.
Last year the announced StarCraft 2 in Korea, and this year they moved it to Paris, where they will (apparently) announce Diablo 3. The event starts on Saturday =)
Edit:
It's up again!
=D
Oh, My God!
Is this really happening? FINALLY? I can hardly believe it! Still, I mean, I haven't been let down by Diabloii.net before, so...
Please, please, please, please, please, let it be true!
Well, this certainly would make my summer, even if I can't go to Paris!
Well, yeah, but now they have a summary of changes, like with the SCLegacy article from ages back...
