It has indeed been consistent since Warcraft 3. I suppose Metzen got his fav voice back then, as they had more cash, and since that time, they just found it good to hire him again. I think what they miss on is that people STILL play SC1. It's not like we forgot the voices, and they were so ingrained in our heads anyway from prolonged playing, so this whole thing is silly.
I'm actually pretty convinced nothing will happen. People don't realize what they have or haven't done until it's too late. At this stage it's definitely too late to complain, as teh actors are set, and they are NOT the originals :(

Yeah, I agree. Protoss is kind of a favourite, well, the new upgrades for all races seem quite interesting actually. We'll just have to see in the actual game later on what really is the more interesting race for our own playstyles...

Yeah, I assume Trog and thetamer both mean the actual article rather than the game. Sure, they are almost 2 years since announcement, but I'd rather get a perfect game than a rushed one.

That isn't a given though... Just because it's PLAYABLE does not mean they wouldn't start beta before. Havign said that, they will likely not start beta with only one week advance notice, so most likely there won't be a closed beta when CeBit starts...
Well, there will likely be minimal press coverage, so we just have to put our hope into fans...
