I get my games at Sam Goody: automatic 10% off all purchases, and I don't have to wait in line. I'll be picking up my copy first thing Tuesday morning; that midnight BS is for losers. :p
So, suddenly GTA graphics are a topic worth all this fuss? I don't remember ANY GTA game getting this much attention LAST gen....when the XBOX was kicking the crap out of PS2 graphics. I suppose R* finally figured out...after 3 titles...that they needed to spend more time with Sony hardware to get quality. I guess we finally know the REAL reason GTA4 was delayed 6 months after all. :)

...about Resistance 2. With all Insomniac is trying to add/improve, it's likely to be disappoint, and/or lack polish. I agree that devs should spend more time between sequels...particularly when it's following a multi-million seller like Gears.
Everyone knows that EA and Valve hate the PS3, compared to PC/360; stop wasting your effort on them, and enjoy the games you have.

...Halo 3 looked pretty good. Unfortunately, the human character models...specifically their faces...looked as bad as Halo 1. To me, that's when it became obvious that the game wasn't quite "finished", but they had to ship it, because MS couldn't afford a delay. When there's such an obvious lack of consistency in attention to detail like that, there's nothing else it COULD be, but a rush job. There's absolutely NO WAY a high profile dev like Bungie...with a higher profile game l...

Just about every 360 game so far, has retailed with a free 48 hr. trial of LIVE...if it has MP, that is. I've never been able to use them, because I've been a subscriber since 2002, but I've thrown away dozens of those things. :/
Majesco...the dev that can't make a decent game to even pay the bills. The same Majesco that's been bailed out TWICE, when on the brink of bankruptcy. Who the hell cares what THEY think about Wii's online, when the rest of the gaming world already KNOWS how inadequate it is?
