Disappointment is relative. So for me Second Son was the worst. Id never played an Infamous game, but all the hype surround SS made me try it out. It was okay, but very average.
Second would be Titanfall, I was too hyped, hoped for a game changer...a new online shooter to play religiously, however I got bored within the week.
The games I enjoyed the most were ones I knew nothing about. i never boarded the hype train for Watch Dogs and bought it with no knowle...
If Sony want to make a quick buck, implement a name change system like XBL has had for years.
Think, if that happened in the next update how many people would pay for a name change. All those people who picked ridiculous names when PS3 launched, all those people who are just bored after so many years...they'd make a fortune that day and lose absolutely nothing.
I somewhat agree, but I think those good games hype should begin after release. That way the hype is over the game and not our expectations of the game.
Theyre not £50 to start with are they?
This will be one of those game# that has £10 DLC adding 2-3 hrs of gameplay. A WoW expansion is about £15 (its been a while i cant remember) and adds countless more hours.
Oh and if you reached level cap on WoW or GW2 in a couple of days then you need to reevaluate your life.
If a game NEEDs DLC then its obviously inadequate to begin with and we as consumers shouldn't be supporting it.
Devs will continue to release full priced inferior games, with the intention of selling us content that should of been included from day one.
So am I so that's why I didn't like it. Its like a combination of Halo, Mass Effect and Borderlands only it doesn't reach the standards set by them.
So? What's next Breaking Bad's Bob Odenkirk is hyped for Halo MCC? Who cares.
Hyped? No thanks. Hype ruins games for me. Ill just forget about it until its released. That way Ill pick it up with little knowledge of the game and be able to enjoy it properly without comparing it to my predictions and expectations.
Need for Speed is the only decent video game movie, and that's because it had nothing to do with the games.
Okay the plot was ridiculous and I could pick holes in it all day long, but it was fun to watch. Reminded me of the earlier Fast and Furious films, before they turned into action movies.
Not really a fan of game themed console as a couple of years on the game may not be relevant.
The Twitch case looks awesome though!
Worst experience - Playing it.
Best experience - Closing the application.
Seriously thought this game sucked.
Ofcourse keep them coming, but Im desperate for couch co op to make a strong return.
The only thing that impressed me on the beta/alpha was how polished it was. Ran so smoothly for an alpha and beta.
The game itself is crap IMO, and if we keep on hyping games like this and giving them perfect scores it will be a long time before we see anything fresh, innovative and actually good.
IM not into Fifa at all, but I can see how FUT can be fun when played legit. But the temptation of just buying my way to victory would be too much.
I always feel like im accomplishing less if other people are just spending money and getting further.
If there's so many new ideas why are they basically the same every year? The only major change was the introduction of Fifa Ultimate Team and with it Fifa Coins, the highest cash grab in gaming history.
Game was trash. The reason games are generally getting crappier is because us "gamers" are letting them. Hyping games like this up so much, acting as if there the second coming...jesus face reality there is absolutely nothing special or new about Destiny.
Were never gonna get new innovative games if everyone's so happy with this.
Look forward to playing this for the first time on Friday, unless Gamestop send it early.
I don't think Final Fantasy is that over rated. It is overrated in its fanbase, but not generally as alot of casual gamers will never have played it.
FFX is my favourite by far...in fact Im going to raid my piggy bank and grab the HD edition for PS3 tomorrow..
I don't get why this has been posted on here. I click the link and all I can see is half a picture with a couple of offers on?
Is that it?
I don't usually sell games but I have found lately if I buy a game for £40, complete it quickly I can usually sell it on Gumtree for £35-40. Ive had my money back completely on a few Xbox One games, and its really quick no-fee sales.
