Destiny is the one I have zero interest in. The alpha and beta did nothing for me, I played until about level 7 then jumped into the PvP. After 2 games I was eager to get back to BF4.
Ill try Halo and CoD but wouldn't be surprised if I returned to BF4.

IMO opinion the best place to play is purely wherever your friends are.
friends make much more of a difference than graphics or frame rates. However in this case, I wont be playing it anywhere - at first. If its still popular at xmas Ill get it, but I didn't think anything of the alpha or beta.

I played alone in the pitch black while everyone was asleep inches from the Tele, the tension was too much and when something actually happened I called it a night straight away lol!
Ill give it another go later, a bit earlier this time...and with company!

PT is actually terrifying, played in the right enviroment.
If they keep that standard through the entire game I'll be very impressed.

Tried playing the demo in the middle of the night, lights out , silent house.
Scared the sense out of me so went to bed after 5 minutes lol. Finally a game thats genuinely creepy. I hope the proper game pulls it off too.
Its a challenge to keep it frightening all the way through. Outlast was creepy at first but almost grew predictable. Its a real accomplishment if the developer manages to keep the scares coming.

Glad i never bought one, even Sony themselves aren't interested in it.

Ill give it a go, as its been recommended so much!

One big difference - Money.
Thats why split screen is rare these days, they'd rather force sales of second copies, and have LAN/Online multiplayer/co op instead.
Win for developers/publishers/etc, lose for consumers. But half of todays gamers dont even remember the way it used to be, times just change I guess.

Thats cool, but the way it was first announced was a little misleading.
I dont see the problem with having this un-timed. So a friend can jump into my game at any time without owning it. Obviously they couldnt play singleplayer but why not Co-op?
Back in the day when developers bothered with couch co-op you didnt have to buy two versions of the game to play it. You just had to be on the same console.
Its all down to money at the end of the day, I guess they dont bother...

I dont see the appeal to this AT ALL. Looks mind numbingly boring.
That being said I have NOT played it, so I cant really judge it. It must be good if so many people like it - I just cant understand what drew people to it in the first place.

Most of these games look crap to me. I dont have anyhing against indies before you all bite my head off, I like Outlast and Dead Nation, and Octodad too.
But all these game shows being full to the brim of indies is a bit disheartening. Some of them look good but most of them are just interesting for about 5 minutes like last gens "Stacking".

Yawn. I wish extreme sports games were still made. I miss Tony Hawks, Dave Mirra, Skate... I feel for the kids that are new to consoles this generation, or even last generation. There used to be variety, not just Fifa and COD. (I know there's loads more than that, but sometimes it doesn't feel that way.)

As long as its still great for us that do not want or cannot afford Project Morpheus, that's coop.
I miss the variety in games we used to get. Would like this as well as a Skateboarding game, and although there's next to no chance...a bmx game. I haven't played one since Dave Mirra on the original Xbox.

Why is The Walking Deads Daryl Dixon the picture for this?

EDIT: Oh, I actually read the article now, probably should have done that before commenting!

I have a two game at a time, unlimited rental service for £10. The normal price is £15 but I signed up during a promotion.
Its so great, the turn around is very quick too. If I send a game back Monday I usually have a new one by Thursday, haven't used it much this past few months but I know its going to be my saving grace this fall when all the games hit!
Those prices seem very steep are you sure its not one game at a Time rather than a month? You can get throu...

Not interested at all, based on the US prices and selection. ill stick with my £10 a month unlimited rentals, as I own all the seperate consoles and have no desire to play old games on my new system.

I didn't understand the trailer at all but I was so intrigued...were they like toy people? It was like some toy box Minecraft hybrid..

After E3 I decided Gamescom was the last chance Sony had to sell me a Vita, they failed.
I don't like the way theyve almost abandoned the Vita, but gaming is a business and they are solely in it for profit.

I see your point but at the end of the day, I dont care. I have PS4 and X1 so I wont miss a single great game this generation. Couldnt care less what console I play it on, whos outselling who, yadda yadda yadda.
