Jason.... Jason.... Jason....
Real great character. Oh and ...Jason.
This may surprise you but the Gears games actually have a fully fleshed out mythology and there is a lot of background and story there if you want it. Not to mention that there are books, that aren't terrible, written about the Gears universe. Also, David Cage games are glorified QTE events at best and interactive movies at worst. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy David Cage's games but I don't hate QTE heavy games.
There is nothing revolutionary about any of David...
Sounds like a cool system. Not to hate but Demon's Souls/Dark Souls has had the message leaving system for a while. Still I am glad to see this feature implemented and I am more please to here some sort of definitive news coming forth about the online capabilities of the WiiU.
You know sidar, not everyone is an illiterate jerk that spouts rude obscenities every other sentence. A lot of people are actually fans of Nintendo and they are very happy with the direction Nintendo is currently heading. So if this guy wants to be positive and express that then he has every right to do so. I know you must be upset that the first post here wasn't you spouting off some random hatred against Nintendo and Ubisoft.
Seriously dude, can you EXPLAIN why you thi...
Ninja Gaiden 2 was not good past the 4th chapter. It was repetitive and boring and the final boss fight was a cheap joke.
My only problem with anything this guy says is that his games are glorified QTEs. I find it funny that the loudest people in the gaming industry tend to be trolls and overrated game developers, looking at you Peter Molyneux, David Jaffe, and Jade Raymond.
It's funny how all the talented people are content. I guess thats cause they are too busy making amazing games or playing amazing games to give a shit about anything else.
Sounds like to me Vigil is saying they fired his ass for poor performance. Oh man, I get the feeling this dude is going to be raked over coals when it is all said and done. Also, when a major company says you are lying it is not just a random statement. That statement can and does have legal ramifications, meaning that they can sue the hell out of this guy for slander. Making a statement like that also means he could sue them for lying on him, him being Xander.
Something tel...
This dude certainly has decided to sabotage whatever career he had in the video game industry. It's not surprising to see that he is starting his own studio because there was no way he was going to get hired by anyone else, anytime soon after his statements. You know I hope this guy has a great PR team because developers that like to put their foot in their mouth and play the victim find themselves being quickly exiled.
Now that he has his own company I am sure it is only...
So this dude just killed his career at any gaming company, congratz on that.
Ultimately what makes a console a success or failure is how many units they sell of said console. That is not up for debate and whether you love or hate the Wii it sold an incredible amount of units. Whether you love or hate the Kinect it sold an incredible amount of units.
Success is not up for debate, it either is or isn't. In this case, the Wii is a successful console. Whether the WiiU will be is yet to be seen. And considering this guy hasn't even worked on the c...
Gee I wonder why he is an "Ex" Darksiders 2 developer. These guys really need to learn to keep their mouth shout.
I have this for 360 too, but ultimately what is so great about this is that the game is getting new publicity, that is positive because it is on the WiiU. This potentially means more sells for EA Bioware and that is important because it means Third Parties will be more likely to put titles on the WiiU if they can get this sort of boost by having their games on the console.
I own this game on 360 and I know it is on the PC and PS3 too, but that doesn't mean this game can...
Looks interesting. It did kind of have an Assassins Creed vibe. But what I didn't like was that there don't seem to be multiple ways to complete a mission so far. For instance, it seemed like he had to remove the safety from the gun in order to kill her. If this game can have multiple solutions than that will really put it over the top. Hopefully, it's just like this cause it's a demo. Still it looked really cool.
I just beat Lost Odyssey a little while ago and I can't agree with you more. Truly an amazing jrpg. The short stories had me crying.
I would love for Persona 5 to feature people 18 and older. I am 29 and I just find the whole dating high school girls thing weird in the Persona games. Not only that, but Persona 3 and 4 really seemed like the underaged thing limited them because while there where a few suggestive things, nothing was over done to a crazy adult level.
I love the Witcher 2 because it is rated M and it treats the people playing it like Mature people. That does mean sex, but it also means mature...
So, over 4 million people regret buying this game. Very interesting. In all seriousness, I wanted to like this game but I choose Purna who is fucking useless. So I ended up hating the game. I hope the sequel has actual useful classes, classes that are useful from the beginning to the end of the game.
She isn't queen of anything. She is the boss and thats a big step up. Unfortunately, so far it looks like her only talent is bringing attention to a game because of her pretty face. Really it's sad, because she probably has talent but she only gets used for her looks. At least, thats how it seems to me. I hope her work on this game shows everyone that she has a lot of talent and not just a pretty face.
So she is the queen of Tom Clancy's future now. Jesus christ people, she is good looking but do we all need to act like we have never seen a girl before. Ugh, I really wish I could just take her seriously but any time she comes up their is always some reference to her gender. It's just annoying.
Dude this would be insane if Nintendo release the WiiU around Black Friday time. People would go nuts to get one and it would be brilliant. Also, can you imagine a WiiU deal day 1, that would be insane. It would be like a Steam deal, only for consoles.
His statement is kind of confusing and maybe it is taken out of context. How can a console that is not out have any sort of user base at all? There is certainly the potential for a large install base initially, but potential isn't reality. It's just an odd statement to make overall. I just hope they work hard on making a real final boss with the next game and not some random none sense that made it blatantly obvious that Lord of Shadows was never intended to be a Castlevania game.
