People should get all of their cheap shots in now, because they won't be claiming all of this after e3 is over with... Lets not count Microsoft out just yet, they have to much money for you guys to be writing them off like a bad check. If Microsoft wanted to buy the same 3rd party games you all seem to be raving over, they could! If they wanted to have BF4 and the next CoD game as a timed exclusive, they could do that as well! Money talks in the end and that's what these companies are...
Just wow! I have never seen such a weak argument before in my life... So you claim that 1st party exclusives aren't as relevant as they use to be, but isn't that the first thing that Sony fans like to throw arround is the exclusives and new IP's they create? If its all about 3rd party support and games, then why buy a PS4 when I can get a much better experience on a gaming PC with those 3rd party games...

Here's how little you know about DQ and its fans! The title that first launched on the Wii and then on the WiiU is an MMO... Since when have DQ games ever been a MMO status and considered as the normal franchise. If most of Japan really didn't care for that type of game on the Wii, they surely wouldn't care for it on the WiiU. So I guess because Sony is releasing an Uncharted card game, you expect that to sell like the main game does. That's real smarts there...
So it took the Vita a whole year to get these games that you speak of and yet the WiiU can't get 6months before you fanboys call it a failure on the market. The fact of the matter is most of the exclusive games coming to the WiiU are unlike anything on any of the other systems, so your analysis there is wrong that you can play these games anywhere... Japan is actually more of a portable marketplace so one would expect that the Vita would be doing even better with the price cut it had. But...
How are people spinning this into bad news if it amounts to more games and content coming to the system in the end? Yet somehow Sony does everything good for developers but Nintendo and Microsoft, when they do something it's out of desperation and is a failure before it even sees results! Well funny you say that because I've bought most of my games full digital download on the WiiU and haven't had a problem yet! Nintendo already stated that pricing of games on the eShop is up to individual developers not Nintendo... When I went from my 3ds to the 3dsXL the process was fairly simple to get all my original content that I purchased back. I'm not sure how the process is with the WiiU but I would think that it has to be similar probably. People aren't giving Nintend...

If you go back to what reports said that early WiiU Devkits were using a down clocked Radeon 4850 and then when version 4 of the devkit came out right before CES 2012. All the developers that had received the kit at the show were raving about the unexpected power boost the new version had brought. Most of you Sony fans are the biggest hypocrites! So this is a developers reason for not making a game avaible to all on the Vita and yet you trash the WiiU in every article because it is suffering the same 3rd party fate right now... Until the install base improves on both machines, I really don't expect the situation to change much. Unless money swapping is involved!
I agree, I don't know where people get this notion that the 3ds doesn't have a variety of games or its going through a drought. Even on the latest episode of Invisible Walls, they mentioned that both the Vita and 3ds should be in their prime software wise right now. I don't know about the Vita, but the 3ds is kicking A$$ when it comes to games right now and the rest of 2013 is just going to get more hysterical by E3... Because Nintendo has over 10billion dollars sitting in the bank and they are just a video-games company... Sony doesn't have that kind of cash to compete on the same level, let alone try and out market Microsoft as well. I mean what would they have to sell next?
Yeah people are seriously jumping the gun on all of this... One thing that both Nintendo and Microsoft probably plan on doing right in the face of the PS4 is out marketing them! Listen I really hope that the PS4 does do well when its released, just as I want all of the console to do good... I agree! Most games will either be 720p@60fps or 1080p@30fps for the better visuals... Which is why Battlefield 4 is aiming for 720p@60fps for the next consoles, all visual gains.
I wish people would stop trying to turn Nintendo games into Sony games... If you want God of War size boses then play that game or Bayonetta 2, but Zelda is Zelda for a reason and not any of those other games. Anouma has pretty much confirmed that the New Zelda will be more like the first Zelda, meaning going for a non-linear style game play so you're out of luck there as well.
