What I find ironically hilarious is that, from an overall technological standpoint (meaning not just video games), Japan spanks the West with a Godzilla sized paddle. So it's not that Japan "can't" keep up technologically with the West because they already surpass the West. It's that they don't care to even really try to in games. Japanese forms of expression are always about the artistic style, the emotion, the depth. For them, it's not about polygon counts, cov...
Is that he isn't afraid to rip a game to shreds, good or not. You could have thrown the $900 worth of merchandise that Microsoft handed out to everyone to give Halo 3 a good review to him, and he'd still rip it apart. That's why people love him. Doesn't necessarily matter if you agree with him or not, but what does matter is that he says what he wants without worrying about who bought positive press for their game.
**EDIT** Found his Halo 3 review.
It's a funny review. He does give the game some credit too, so it's not all bad. lol.
I'm about ready to vomit with the disgusting display of Microsoft love in this thread that is completely unwarranted and unfounded. *barf*
"it's Kojima reaching out to Microsoft"
Are you kidding me? Why in the hell would Kojima reach out to Microsoft when he was EXTREMELY disappointed with Konami's decision to make MGS:R multiplat, and when he has emphatically stated that Peace Walker is the true continuation to the MGS story, which is on the PSP (run on sentences FTW)?
Kojima couldn't have said "I don't like Microsoft" more clearly if he actually came out an...
If he were joking. AAACE5 really wants ZoE 3 to be a 360 exclusive.
It must make you feel proud, or somehow big, or accomplished to call people morons for contributing to a discussion, even when no one who actually posted insulted you. Bravo, you won the internetz with your comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the human eye. Now if you could only use that, and your elitism about it, for good. Maybe the world would stand a chance. *sarcastic clap*
Actually, the human eye can see up to 120fps depending on lighting conditions and optimum eye health. Check out this link for details.

My PS3 is playing them pretty easily. Oh... you mean you didn't get a launch PS3? You thought it was too expensive and not worth it? Oh ok. I get it now. You should have just said so from the beginning instead of stealth trolling.
We don't have to consider that. And there is a simple reason. Money. If, as is always heard when an exclusive goes multiplat by all the defenders, SE is a business... then they are in it for the money. If they want money, and they do, then an FFVII remake would bring them more money than all of their current offerings combined. An FFVII remake is a license to print money. I may detest the game, but I am not oblivious to its following. SE are just being lazy, pure and simple. They have alw...
"It looks good, but not nearly as good as some of those ps3 fanboys are making it out to be.."
Looks good? LOOKS? You haven't played the game, you have no opinion about it.
And no one thinks Nintendo's are at all.
Microsoft's "surprise" bannings roll around during Reach's launch.
Bugs Bunny is the shit. Bugs Bunny is still great today, which just goes to show you that todays shows suck by comparison. My fave is Inki and the Minah bird (because of the music), and Yosemite Sam when he tries to make Bugs Bunny go off the high dive and fails every time.
Here's Inki and the Minah if you don't know what I'm talking about.
Let me get this straight, the PS3 is the reason SE REMOVED towns, NPC's, sidequests, basically a WHOLE game from FFXIII? You're saying the PS3, with it's immense capabilities for scale and visuals, is the reason FFXIII suffered major content cuts?
*sigh* delusional fanboys.
It's not. Ummm, I suppose you could have ONE reason, and that is that the music is alright. But I mean, FFXIII is a horribly pasted together game. It literally feels like they started one type of game, got to a certain point and then totally restarted with a slightly different type of game that has the same battle mechanics.
Why did it take so long for people to notice this? This is one of the few articles people actually read more than the description, but obviously didn't finish reading entirely.
And I keep saying... you do know that there are other games out besides shooters right? R2 and L2 are BUTTONS, not TRIGGERS.
Just sayin'
1. Why? Do you have sweaty hands?
2. Agreed.
3. Why? The design it has now isn't clunky and bulky.
4. Again, sweaty hands?
5. Who cares what the 360 fanboys have to say about it. Look at their controller, it's horrendous.
But it's good to see you'd like it either way.
And God do I wish that Konami would announce Suikoden VI already. And FOR CONSOLES not frickin' handhelds like Tierkreis was. Suikoden is my second favorite JRPG franchise.
