@Megaton
Take a look at who is commenting in this article and what they are saying. Its well known trolls. Are you seriously trying to convince me (or yourself) that N4G isn't filled with ignorant and insecure PS3 fanboys that jump on every Kinect article?
If you want hits on an article on this site just make it about Kinect, Microsoft, Xbox 360, Rare Studios, Nintendo and anything negative about Sony.
Its a simple recipe, I knew exactly who'...
Does't surprise me. I know 4 year old's that can knock him out.
Actually, its not fully on rails, but you cant fully explore either. The demo was a blast and it impressed me, I know it doesn't do much for a person like yourself, but fun is fun.
Some of my all time favorite games were on rails, its only a bad word when Kinect does it though...
@Megatroll
You are entitled to your opinion, but you haven'y played the demo, you probably don't own a Kinect. You tend to trash most Microsoft related articles. Fa...
Wii U launched in November of 2012, the update to support duel Gamepads could come three months after that, it'd still be next year. I highly doubt it'll be a full market year without the update.
And its not like you cant use two controllers, Pro and Wii controllers will work.
The first thing that came to my mind when I saw the game is "fun". Its odd that so often this generation games have lost the fun factor. Preoccupied with graphics and little intricacies, developers have forgotten that games used to be simple, yet fun.
We see a lot of these "so far" articles, but once we hit October and November, most of the games on these lists wouldn't even make the list! 2011 was a great year, this year has been okay, hopefully Assassins Creed 3, Halo 4, Black Ops 2, Forza Horizon and Medal Of Honor can put in a little work!
Joss loves to kill off his characters, Firefly, Buffy and Angel all had a ton of great characters killed of. Especially Angel...man...they killed just about everyone. Firefly only got killy in the movie Serenity though.
They own over 20 studios right now, they just opened 2 new studios within the last week.
Just because they haven't gone out and bought up a bunch of established studios doesn't mean they don't have any. Most of their studios have been busy with Xbox 720 games, they opened 5 new studios in 2011 alone, including one in Vancouver that is working on the first ever AAAA title. They also bought Twisted Pixel, which was a huge plus, I love everything they've done. <...
I would hope its the 16 bit SNES version, I didn't like the N64 version as much.
Kinect 2.0 will be featured with the Xbox 720 no doubt, but its core gamer's who rush out and buy new hardware on day one. just like with the original Xbox and the Xbox 360. I wouldn't expect much for Kinect at launch, probably some voice support and things like that.
Its myth that Microsoft abandoned core gamer's, the elongated console generation forced Microsoft to find a way to get more mileage from the Xbox 360, so Kinect was born. It brought in families and c...
Would be smarter to have enough supply to back up the demand. The Dreamcast originally couldn't meet demand, they could have sold between 300-500k more consoles at launch if they had enough product.
I do think Nintendo will have a somewhat limited number, but it should still be in the millions for this year alone.
Devs are already familiar with the architecture that the Wii U uses. I think the leap PS4 and Xbox 720 wont be as big as people are hyping. The Wii U will compete with both and might even end up being the lead console on some games, especially since developers will of had longer periods of time to work with those kits.
Some people are so ignorant when it comes to home consoles, they try and compare them to PC's, which are running all kinds of systems and need a ton of Ram. ...
Man, I wish Rare weren't so dead /s
All they've done this generation is release Perfect Dark Zero, Banjo Kazooie Nuts & bolts, Viva Pinata 1 & 2, Kinect Sports, Kameo Elements Of Power, Banjo Kazooie on XBLA and Perfect Dark on XBLA. Each game selling over a million copies, yet they still get crap because they worked on Kinect when Microsoft needed a quality app to launch with it. I still think Kinect Sports is the top app for the device.
Anyway,...
I have a 320 gig HDD in my Gears Of War 3 Xbox 360, I've used less then 30 gigs to date. If you don't have to install, why would you need hundreds and hundreds of gigs? I usually install an online game that I play all the time, or a game I'm going to play through, once I'm done I uninstall it.
I think people are finding reasons to complain, you'll never please everyone, but the fact that you will be able to buy upgraded storage is pretty cool.

At this point, who doesn't have a DVD player or Blu Ray player? They are actually using unlicensed Blu Ray, sort of how Microsoft used unlicensed DVD in the original Xbox. You had to buy the remote control and that let you use the DVD features. I could see them doing something similar with the Wii U and Blu Ray.
I have like 4 DVD players, 2 Blu Ray and 1 HD DVD player that is hooked to my Xbox 360. I'm set, I don't need added expense on the console.
Sounds good. Cant wait to get my Wii U in November!
Each company is likely to get a piece of the pie, but in terms of winning the generation, Sony and Microsoft have got to be on edge at least a bit. Wii dominated this generation and I remember how Sony made a lot of jokes at Nintendo's expense at E3 2006. Things weren't so funny when the Wii was selling tens of millions of consoles.
A year early start, new core franchises like Bayonetta 2, decent online for a change, and a pretty good price point are all things in Nin...
On Twitter the community manager for Bioware said "They aren't ready to talk about platforms just yet". That seems to indicate that it could very well be launch titles for next gen consoles, but I'm sure they'd probably release current gen versions as well, that way they'd maximize profits.
We really don't know anything about the game yet, it could be a next gen title as well. Seeing that the Wii U gets Mass Effect 3, I could see them getting this game too. I wouldn't count it out in the least.
Way too early to be complaining that the Wii U isn't listed as an option. The game is 16 months from release...
I can hear the excuses already......I have a feeling its going to be a fun time to be around N4G come November....
