It takes 8 to 11 days to get your Xbox 360 back once its shipped. I don't know anyone who had to buy multiple consoles. Microsoft was Johnny on the spot when it came to repairing the consoles. You didn't even get the same one back, you got a refurbished one, and if you sent in a Pro, you got a pro back. Sweet! I loved Gears Of War 3, but I am interested in the new game modes and playing through Baird's story.
Not sure why people will jump on this, I mean its the end of the console cycle, I'm stoked to be getting AAA blockbuster titles at all at this point. Much less a prequel in the fantastic Gears series.
I seriously forgot all about this thing with the hype of the Wii U and next gen all around. I'd be interested in this just so I can hack and run roms on it and play on my HDTV.

I swear, some people are stuck in the past a bit too much, after the first year or so they changed how they made the Xbox 360. They have sold more Xbox 360 consoles in the last 4 years then they did in the first couple.
Looks like everyone is enjoying this game, I still suspect a lot of hate for the game here, but when it gets solid reviews and sells well, that'll shut up the insecure trolls!

Damn, this looks amazing! I'm glad they are spreading their wings with this style of racing game. October 23rd cant get here soon enough. I guess I'll have to spring for the Season Pass as well, Forza games always have a ton of content and the Pass is the best and cheapest way to get it all.

Also, there wont be as big a difference between Nintendo's/Microsoft's /Sony's console next gen because the Wii U is full HD and capable of 1080p and 60fps.

I missed the old Zipper, Socom 2 was my Catcher In The Rye. I played that game nonstop. Was sad to see them go so far downhill after they were bought out.

Rumor has it that Lionhead is working on an MMORPG for the next Xbox, with recent added hiring's, they could be doing a new IP with the MMO, while the other part of their team works on Fable 4.
Its the same with Rare, which is said to be working on at least two new next gen projects as well, one of those hiring's was for people with first person shooter experience, so it could be the Perfect Dark reboot.

I think if it releases too late in 2013 it might lose a bit of its audience because some people obviously are going to go next gen.
I think the game looks fantastic and I'm excited to play it, but the same thing goes for any game that is scheduled to come out late in 2013, its going to be hard to compete with new consoles and software for those consoles.

It sucks when companies pay for exclusive content. I for one am appalled.
He was always proud of Bulletstorm, they only shelved it temporarily so that People Can Fly could work on Gears Of War Judgment.
They probably wouldn't have postponed it, but it didn't really sell that well. New IP's later in this generation have had a really hard time breaking even. I think the news that Bulletstorm didn't make any money came out around the same time that we learned that LA Noire and Homefront didn't earn money either.
Halo 4 is going to be huge, not surprising that Call Of Duty Black Ops is also going to be huge. Of course we all know the majority of N4G wont be buying Black Ops 2 right?
The demo sold me 100%. I knew this wasn't going to be a Fable game in the same sense that Halo Wars wasn't a Halo game. Its a stand alone title and has its own lure in the universe, I totally understand and appreciate that more then one thing can be going on in a town at around the same time period.
The demo was fun, I played it two or three times. I was surprised how accurate the aiming was, if you aim into the dirt, your shot goes into the dirt, if you aim too far ...

This game is being done by the group that made Blur and the Project Gotham Racing series. Its basically a new racing IP that is open world.
Still going to have those great Forza graphics, physics and cars. I've had my pre-order in for a while now. Nice that Microsoft is still giving us such core titles 7+ years into the Xbox 360's life.
I played the demo, loved it. Its getting really positive press all over the place right now. Also, I didn't know people still bought into the PS3 hate conspiracy? Its 2012 and were about to start the next generation, time to stop with that.
